Day 1: Lanzhou

< p> When you come to Lanzhou, the first bridge on the Yellow River ~ Zhongshan Bridge is a must-see attraction. It is one of the important landmarks of Lanzhou. The iron bridge is more than 200 meters long and about 78 meters wide. It has been maintained for more than 100 years. The black iron bridge body was very simple when it was built in the past. During the repair process over the past century, five large iron arches were erected on the bridge, which is beautiful.

The next day: Lanzhou First Cooperation. Milarepa Pagoda - Gahai Lake - Zhagana Town

First stop: Milarepa Pavilion; it is a high-rise building dedicated to the founders of various sects of Tibetan Buddhism. It was built in memory of Milarepa, the founder of the Kagyu Sect of Tibetan Buddhism. The first floor of the Buddhist pavilion has nine floors. You must take off your shoes at the door before entering. There are old wooden stairs with different Buddha statues on each floor. Layers of worship, layers of understanding.

Second stop: Gahai Lake; Gahai Lake is the largest freshwater lake wetland park in Gannan. In July and August, there are wild flowers all over the lake. See rare birds, walk by the lake, and have close contact with water birds. The blue sky and white clouds reflect beautifully in the lake, which is a wonderful place for photography.

Day 3: Zhagana Canyon-Zorgai Grassland- Nine Bends of the Yellow River - Tangke Town

First stop: Zhagana; located in Diebu County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, "Zhagana" means a circle of beautiful cliffs in Tibetan. A small Tibetan village in the package. The natural rock walls form a huge stone palace, and the scenery is beautiful and fantastic.

Second stop: Ruoergai Grassland-Jiuqu Yellow River; a good place to enjoy the sunset. The clouds and solitary owls are flying together, and the autumn water is the same color as the sky." Day 4: One lotus leaf and one Aba in the prairie of western Sichuan.

Second stop: Lianbao Yeze; the famous sacred mountain in Tibetan areas, the first of the sacred mountains in Amdo region; as the twin brother of Nianbao Yuze, the scenery here is more natural and pure, worthy of being a god back garden! Zhagarcuo Lake (elevation 4600) is the highest lake in the world. The lake is quiet and quiet, with fish swimming around. The "cliff city wall" behind the lake is like a knife-cut axe, giving it the majestic atmosphere of the "lonely city of Wanren Mountain".

Day 5: Niangma Temple and Yilangmusi Town

First stop: Niangma Temple; it has the tallest and largest prayer barrel in the world.

Second stop: Langmusi, a quiet and unique town named after a temple. The residents of the entire town are perfectly integrated with the temple, which is quite a bit like the Zen of the Pure Land of Brahma.

Day 6: Labuleng Temple in Sanke Grassland

First stop: Sanke Grassland; wild flowers are everywhere on the grassland in summer, and the scenery is very beautiful. You can experience traditional Tibetan folk customs and life such as horse riding, making tsampa, and drinking butter tea.

Second stop: Labrang Monastery; the largest Tibetan Buddhist temple in the world. Many precious Buddha statues, sculptures, and murals are still enshrined in the temple... When the journey was about to end, I suddenly felt a little reluctant to leave. The journey of 7 days and 6 nights is like a dream. Dreams will wake up, songs will fade away, and people will continue to wander.

I’m used to the blue sky and white clouds here, I’m used to sleeping under the stars every day, I’m used to chatting with you all the way... I think of going back to the city soon, back to the reinforced concrete building When I arrived at the castle, I suddenly felt reluctant to leave.
