I'm traveling to Turkey. I don't know what materials I need for a Turkish visa.

Information about visa processing in Turkey:

The following documents shall be provided when applying for a visa:

1. Write to the Turkish Embassy to provide the information of the tour group, and provide the name, position and signature and seal of the person authorized to sign the application documents on behalf of the travel agency (such documents must be certified by the relevant institutions of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade);

2. A copy of the travel license for chartered abroad;

3. A copy of the permit for the group travel agency;

4. A copy of the agreement signed with the approved Turkish travel agency.

Visa application procedures:

1. An "employment certificate" issued by the organization or company to which the visa applicant belongs, confirming that the applicant is a formal employee of the organization or company. This certificate shall be written in English and signed and sealed by the director or general manager of the institution or company;

2. A copy of the tourist's bank deposit certificate or salary certificate;

3. The travel agency shall provide the visa applicant with detailed travel schedule, including date, city, hotel, tourist list (including name, date of birth and place of birth), date of issuance and expiration of passport;

4. Similar documents and travel routes provided by Turkish travel agencies, indicating the travel schedule in Turkey;

5. Application forms for all visa applicants (provided by the Turkish Embassy);

6. One passport photo of each visa applicant;

7. If a child travels with one parent, the other parent must provide a written certificate of consent to his travel, which should be notarized by a notary office;

8. Passports issued by Shanghai, Zhejiang, Anhui and Jiangsu shall apply to the Turkish Consulate General in Shanghai for visas. However, visa applicants who hold valid residence permits in Beijing or other provinces under the jurisdiction of the Turkish Embassy may apply for visas from the Turkish Embassy in Beijing;

9. Please apply for a visa at least 5 days before departure;

10. If the tour group travels to other countries in the same itinerary, please obtain visas from other countries before applying for visas from the Turkish Embassy;

12. The Turkish Embassy hopes that the travel agency will provide a copy of the page with the visa (entry and exit stamp) in the passport within 15 days after the tour group returns from Turkey;

13. If the visa applicant later decides not to travel, the visa issued to the visa applicant should be revoked before the tour group leaves.
