1. The 50 State Quarters are a series of 25-cent commemorative coins issued by the United States. It became a fact after the passage of Bill 105-124 signed by President Clinton on December 1, 1997. It started in 1999 and ended in 2008. It is expected to last for ten years, that is, an average of five states will issue coins representing each state every year. It is hoped that the younger generation will understand the humanities, history and other traditional cultures of each state.
2. Each state’s new 25-cent coin has a profile of Washington on the front, and the reverse is a unique pattern of history, tradition and representative symbols selected by each state’s government. On the back of the coin. Five coins are issued each year, with one coin issued approximately every ten weeks on average until the issuance was completed in 2008. There are a total of 50 patterns (states), a complete set of 200 coins, 50 copper-nickel coins each with factory mark P & D, and 50 copper-nickel coins with factory mark S, and 50 silver coins.
3. All circulating coins are minted by the Denver Mint (Denver) and the Philadelphia Mint (Philadelphia) respectively, and are marked with "D" or "P" on the front of each coin. ".
