Where is Monka village?

[Mengka Village] The township government is 34 kilometers southeast. The highest altitude is1530m, and the lowest altitude is1150m, covering an area of 28.86 square kilometers. Most of the territory is high mountains and valleys. Jurisdiction over 5 natural villages and 6 villagers' groups. In 2003, there were 200 households 1 190 people. There are 634 people in 94 households in Mengka Xinzhai (Group I, II and III).

Mengka Village is adjacent to Manggong Village, Kongjiao Village, Nuozhang Village, Lianhuatang Village, Kongjing Village, Meng Jiao Village, Menggan Village and Weng ding cun.

In March, 20021year, Mengka Village was selected as the list of health villages in Yunnan Province in 2020.

There are some tourist attractions near Mengka Village, such as Wengding Primitive Tribal Cultural Tourism Zone, Hulu Town, Cangyuan Rock Painting Valley, Cangyuan Canglong Cave, and East Zong Lin of Lemeng. There are black tea roast meat, Guanyin dish, Cangyuan walnut, Dianhong old tea soup, Jianpa and other special foods.
