1. Implementation time

2. Implementation Standards
(1) Employees who have worked continuously for more than one year shall enjoy paid annual leave, and during the annual leave they shall enjoy the same salary as during normal working period income.
(2) Those who have worked for 1 year but less than 10 years in total are entitled to 5 days of annual leave; those who have been employed for 10 years but less than 20 years are entitled to 10 days of annual leave; those who have been employed for 20 years or more are entitled to 15 days of annual leave. . National statutory holidays, rest days, family leave, wedding and funeral leave, and maternity leave prescribed by the state are not included in the annual leave. The cumulative working years are calculated based on full years and full months.
(3) A calculation year is from April 1st of each year to March 31st of the following year (calculation starts from January 1st in 2015). Those who have any of the following circumstances will not be entitled to annual leave in the current calculation year:

3. Relevant requirements

3. Annual leave arrangements

Once the annual leave plan for the unit’s staff for the current year is formulated, it shall be reported to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Personnel, Labor and Social Security Bureau for filing at the beginning of the year (before the end of March). 4. Annual leave benefits and requirements
