In order to meet the needs of supplementary staff for public institutions in the city, according to the "Public Institutions "Interim Regulations on the Public Recruitment of Personnel by Institutions", "Interim Measures for the Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions in Zhejiang Province" and "Notice of the Office of the Shengzhou Municipal Party Committee and the Office of the Shengzhou Municipal People's Government on Issuing the Management Measures for the Recruitment and Transfer of Staff in Institutions in Shengzhou City" "(Sheng Municipal Party Committee Banfa [2013] No. 119) and other relevant regulations will organize and implement the public recruitment of staff in public institutions across the city in 2014. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Recruitment plan

In 2014, the city plans to openly recruit 52 staff from public institutions. The specific recruitment units, positions, number of people and application qualifications , please refer to the "2014 Shengzhou City Public Recruitment Plan for Public Institution Staff" for details. For positions where the number of applicants is less than three times the number of recruitment plans, the recruitment plan will be reduced or canceled as appropriate (short-term majors can enter the written examination on a 1:1 basis).

2. Recruitment Scope, Targets and Conditions

(1) Recruitment Scope and Targets:

1. Fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities in Shengzhou in 2014 and social personnel with permanent residence in Shengzhou City (based on the place of residence on April 26, 2014). Candidates from outside the city are allowed to apply for certain urgently needed positions (majors). Please refer to the recruitment plan for specific conditions.

2. There is no residence limit for those who have graduated from graduate school and have a master’s degree or above.

3. The entrusted trainee must provide written proof that the entrusting training unit agrees to apply. Staff of public institutions are not allowed to apply.

4. The township agricultural technology comprehensive service station recruits staff for college student village officials: those who participate in Shengzhou City’s “selection of college graduates to serve in villages (communities)” (referred to as college student “village officials”) Those who have served in the project for more than 2 years, have been rated as competent or above in annual assessments over the past years, and are still in service positions; those who have participated in the "Village Official" project for college students for more than 2 employment terms, have been rated as competent or above in assessments over the years, and have left the service position for less than 3 years years of personnel.

3. Recruitment Methods and Procedures< /p>

(1) Registration and preliminary qualification review

Registration time: April 26, 2014 (Saturday), 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Registration method: Download the registration form (see attachment 2), fill it in truthfully and paste the photo. Register on-site at the specified time and location.

Materials to bring: Fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities in 2014 must submit originals and copies of household registration certificate (household registration book), registration certificate, ID card, academic certificate, etc. (those who have not yet obtained the household registration certificate, For registration certificates and academic certificates, you can present the originals and copies of the employment recommendation form, employment agreement, household register or household register page with your household registration information printed on it. However, those who are hired after the examination must have all the certificates before they can apply. Each person is limited to applying for one position (major), and any position (major) applied for more will be invalid.

(2) Examination

The examination shall be a combination of written examination and interview.

The written test and interview each count at 50% towards the total score.

1. Written test. Written test time and subjects: "Comprehensive Application Ability" from 9:00 to 11:30 am on May 17, 2014; "Vocational Aptitude Test" from 14:00 to 15:30 pm.

Among them, "Comprehensive Application Ability" is a completely subjective question, and "Vocational Aptitude Test" is a completely objective question. "Comprehensive Application Ability" and "Vocational Aptitude Test" do not specify reference books. The location of the written examination will be notified later.

2. Interview. After the written examination, Shengzhou City will determine the interview candidates according to the recruitment plan from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:3 (if the ratio is insufficient, the interview candidates will be determined based on the actual number). The interview is worth 100 points, and the passing score is 60 points.

After the interview, the written test scores and interview scores will be combined to calculate the total score. If the total scores are equal, the one with the higher written test score will be ranked first.

The formula for calculating the total score is: total score = written test score ÷ 4 + interview score ÷ 2. The total score is calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. The interview time and location will be notified later.

(3) Physical examination. The candidates for the physical examination will be determined according to the 1:1 ratio of the recruitment plan from high scores to low scores based on the total scores. The physical examination shall refer to the "Civil Service Recruitment Physical Examination Operation Manual (Trial)" (revised) and other policies, and shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant operating procedures.

(4) Inspection. Those who pass the physical examination will participate in the inspection, and the inspection standards shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Zhejiang Provincial Civil Servant Recruitment and Inspection Work Rules (Trial)" (Zhejiang Renfa [2008] No. 58). If there are those who give up the physical examination and inspection or fail the physical examination and inspection, they will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score among those who have passed the interview. The time for physical examination and inspection will be notified later.

(5) Public announcement and employment. Those who pass the physical examination and inspection will be identified as candidates for employment and will be announced to the public. After the announcement, the registration and employment procedures will be completed, and the probation period will be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.

4. Other regulations

(1) Anyone who has been punished by party or political discipline while in school and has not been relieved of the punishment after graduation, and who has not obtained a graduation certificate due to personal reasons when registering, will be employed. If the relevant certificates and materials provided by the personnel are fraudulent, they will not be hired. Those who have been hired will be disqualified.

(2) The identification and handling of violations of disciplines and violations in examinations shall be carried out in accordance with the "Regulations on the Handling of Violations of Disciplines and Violations of Examination Candidates in Zhejiang Province Personnel Examinations".

(3) The calculation of work experience and service period involved in this recruitment is as of April 26, 2014.

(4) According to Sheng Municipal Party Committee Banfa [2013] No. 119 document: the city’s staff who enter public institutions through open recruitment must have a bachelor’s degree or above within 5 years, and a college degree or below within 7 years. No transfer is allowed during the year.
