Each stockade has an elegant name, such as "Wang Song" in Dongzhai and "Tianbao" in Xizhai. The name of the stockade is embedded in the ancient stockade door with bluestone Dan trees. Dongzhai was built in the 20th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty. The wall is a blue brick structure, and the wall base is about 2 meters high, all of which are made of huge stones. The city wall is about 10 m high, 80 cm square in thickness and about 6000 m long around Dongzhai. The entrance of Zhaimen is about 4 meters high, and the upper part is arched blue brick. The entrance is about 8 meters long. There is a turret above the Zhaimen, and there are three holes on the turret for observation and shooting. Why is this village called "Wang Song"? It is said that Songshan Mountain can be seen from the gate of the ancient village, so it is called "Wang Songmen". There are many traditional buildings in these ancient villages. For example, Dongzhai has Bolingweng Temple, Guandi Temple, Baiyitang, chastity archway and so on, as well as shops along the street and houses with times and local characteristics.
