All counties, cities, and municipal units overcame difficulties and forged ahead, catching up with each other and creating a new situation in work. The "two-type" comprehensive social reform experiment, autumn and winter agricultural development, investment, transportation, land, family planning, statistics, aging and other work have been fully affirmed by the provincial party committee and the provincial government. The province's afforestation, new rural construction, and farmers' professional cooperative organizations have developed , farmland water conservancy infrastructure, "Hundred Towns and Thousand Villages" project, transportation "Integrity and Sunshine Project" and other on-site meetings were held in Xianning. Market entities of all types do not bow or shrink in the face of difficulties. Open cooperation has been further strengthened. The pace of integration into the Wuhan urban circle has accelerated, and cooperation between departments (Han), cities (counties) has achieved fruitful results, and 263 projects have been implemented with a capital of 3.176 billion yuan. The added value of high-tech industries was 1.434 billion yuan, an increase of 18.8%. More than 95% of migrant workers who returned home have been re-employed, and the employment contract signing rate of fresh college and technical secondary school graduates is higher than that of the previous year. The number of people participating in the five social security items increased significantly. The basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents has been fully implemented. Policies for urban and rural subsistence allowances, basic pensions for enterprise retirees, and subsidies for special care recipients have been fully implemented. The coordinated pilot projects for medical insurance for college students, rural pension insurance, and outpatient medical insurance for urban residents were carried out in an orderly manner.
