How to apply for a Japanese tourist visa?

Individuals only need to bring the corresponding personal materials to apply for a tourist visa in Japan. Personnel are divided into: employees, students, retirees, etc.

I. On-the-job personnel

1. Original passport (if you have an old passport, please provide it together).

2. Two 2-inch color photos with white background (taken in the last 3 months).

3. Copy of ID card and household registration book.

4. Original employment certificate.

5. A copy of the business license of the unit shall be stamped with a fresh seal.

6. Personal application form for going to Japan (provided by our agency).

7. Bank deposit certificate (if you have real estate and automobile products, you don't need to provide deposit certificate, including your spouse).

8. Copy of real estate license and driving license.

Second, students.

4. Copy of students (please provide a copy of graduation certificate when you graduate).

5. Provide a copy of the employment certificate of one parent and a copy of the business license of the employer, and affix the official seal.

6. Personal application form for going to Japan (provided by our agency).

7. Bank deposit certificate (in your own name or in the name of your parents). If parents have a house and a car, they don't need proof of deposit or proof of capital contribution.

8. Copy of real estate license and driving license (in your own name or in the name of your parents).

Third, retirees.

1. Original passport (if you have an old passport, please provide it together).

4. Copy of retirement certificate.

5. Personal application form for going to Japan (provided by our agency).

Matters needing attention in handling Japanese individual tourist visa

1. Be sure to pay attention to the stay time.

The duration of stay that can be obtained by one application is 2 years or 1 year for studying abroad and 1 year or 6 months for studying abroad. Therefore, if you still want to stay after the expiration of the stay period, you must go through the formalities of extending the stay period or changing your stay qualification.

2. Pre-application consulting institutions.

If the attendance rate is not good due to illness and other reasons, it will be regarded as inattention in study, which will lead to the refusal of extension of residence and change of residence qualification. Even if there are reasons, the visa may be refused without proof. And once rejected, it is difficult to recover.

3. Apply as soon as possible.

Those who expire due to the failure to extend their stay or change their stay qualifications will be regarded as "illegal residents" even if they are not intentional. You can apply for an extension two months before the expiration date, so you should go through the application formalities as soon as possible.
