Tourism resources in Song Yuan town

Speaking of Song Yuan Town, Meixian District, Meizhou City, the most noteworthy thing is Wang Shoushan. Where did its name come from? Never heard of it from my ancestors. But its beautiful scenery will never be forgotten by anyone who has been there. The elevation of the main peak of Wangshou Mountain1242m. Granite landform is lush all year round, with pine trees, fir trees and miscellaneous trees all over the mountain, and camellia, yam and hawthorn can be seen everywhere. There are also many kinds of birds and animals living on the mountain, including colorful birds, long-tailed birds, pheasants with male crests and white feathers, and wild animals such as wild boar, leopard and wolf. It is said that the South China Tiger lived here in the 1970s and 1980s.

Magnificent mountains, Yun Biao mountains, spectacular scenery, the highest of all mountains. A bird's eye view of the chessboard stone on the main peak gives you a panoramic view of Wan Li. Some people say: look up at the octagonal building in Tingzhou and look down at the pavilion bridge in Chaozhou; Tingjiang River floats around the foot of the mountain, and Meijiang River flows eastward.

The places of interest in the mountains are fascinating. "Yangzhibi, Gangjiahu, Chessboard Stone, Half-day Furnace, Zhenwutang, Dragon Dance Rock, Jifeng Stone and Fairy Tale" are the eight scenic spots in the mountain. "Climbing to the top and looking at the eight scenic spots intoxicates tourists" is well-deserved. There are also strange rocks, such as mantis climbing the wall or scarab snooping ... and some rocks, which still preserve the poems made by the ancients during their tours.

The Tingjiang River at the foot of the mountain has been cut off, and the original mighty river has turned into jasper. Taking a boat to the foot of the mountain and looking up into the distance is really a good scene for forest tourism today. It has been planned as the King Shoushan Forest Resort in Longhu Scenic Area.

Other attractions include Wang Youbi, Houjiefeng, Shuanglongtou Waterfall, Cai's former residence, Guiyuanlang and so on.
