The main functions of Harbin Tourism Bureau

(four) responsible for the development of tourist attractions (districts), hotels, travel agencies, tourist hotels, tourist shopping, tourist vehicles, tourism (cultural) entertainment and other related standards, and responsible for supervision and management; Responsible for supervising and inspecting the order and service quality of the tourism market, accepting tourism complaints, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of tourism consumers and operators; To guide the construction of spiritual civilization, integrity and business work of the tourism industry organizations in the city.

(five) responsible for the approval, supervision and management of the establishment of domestic travel agencies; Responsible for the supervision and management of tour guide qualification.
