The first trick: make good use of hotel ingredients.

First of all, we must determine the number of days out. If it is a long trip, it is recommended to bring a smoldering pot. If there are cut porridge, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, protein, egg yolks or vegetables in the restaurant, you can cut them and put them in the stew pot for the baby to eat at the next meal.

The second trick: bring raw rice & cook it yourself with a knife.

If there is no restaurant, please bring your own rice and knives. You can buy sweet potatoes, pumpkins, onions and other vegetables at home and abroad. Chop them up, put them in a stew pot with rice, and then pour hot water to stew for ten minutes. I remember the first time I poured water, that is, the action of "warming the pot".

Then pour in boiling water. After two hours, the ingredients are ready to eat. Cook for about three hours, suitable for long-term outings. However, there is a problem that food should not be stored for more than three hours after it is cooked, because even if it is stored in a smoldering pot, the temperature in the pot will become lower and lower with the passage of time, which increases the possibility of bacterial growth, so food stored for more than three hours is not suitable for eating.

The third measure: make good use of ice bricks and grocery bags.

Putting food in grocery bags in the market to make ice bricks and then putting it in a smoldering pot can also keep the ice. After about three hours, the ice bricks are slowly thawed. When you want to eat, pour warm water, just like warm breast milk. After warming, you can feed your baby!
