Sea breeze, beaches, coconut groves, picturesque scenery and routes with moderate intensity and difficulty make more and more people rush to the ends of the earth and feel the colorful journey on wheels ... There are three routes for cycling in Hainan: East, Middle and West. This line starts and ends in Haikou and Sanya, passing through the eastern, central and western parts of Hainan Island respectively.

The east line starts from Haikou in the north and passes through Wenchang, Qionghai, Wanning and Lingshui to Sanya, with a total length of about 420 kilometers. Most of the routes are along the coastline, which condenses the spirit of coconut wind and sea rhyme and brings together the cultural charm of Hainan. There are many scenic spots and developed tourist facilities along the way.

The west line starts from Haikou in the north and passes through Danzhou, Changjiang, Dongfang and Yacheng to Sanya. The total length is about 450 kilometers. The passing area is slightly desolate, but its natural scenery is not inferior to the eastern line. The unadorned original flavor gives people another feeling and can appreciate more local cultural customs.

The central line passes through Wuzhishan, Baoting, Tongshi, Qiongzhong and Tunchang. The economy is relatively backward, mainly inhabited by Li and Miao compatriots, basically without sinicization, retaining the local customs and habits. The total length is about 300 kilometers, and the physical consumption of mountain sections is large. Fewer people choose this route. Each of the above three routes takes 4~6 days.

D 1 Haikou-Lingshan-Sanjiang-Roughly Slope-Tanniu-Wenchang-Qinglan Town (1 17km)

Haikou began to ride. Today's destination is Gaolongwan, Haikou passes Qiongshan to Lingshan, which is the main road leading to meilan airport (belonging to National Highway 223), with flat terrain, good road conditions, cement pavement and special slow lane. Just starting, pay attention to control the speed and don't ride too fast. Lingshan-Sanjiang-Rough Slope-Tanniu-Wenchang section is 15 provincial highway, with two-lane asphalt road and slightly undulating terrain, all of which are avenues. Wenchang Road is divided into Maihao in the southwest and Qinglan in the southeast, taking the southeast road. Wenchang to Qinglan Town is about 1 1 km, with good road conditions and street lamps. Qinglan Town is very close to Gaolongwan. You can go camping in Gaolongwan at night. At the end of the road, there is a thin beach, next to towering coconut trees, and you can fall asleep with the sound of lapping the shore. Scenic spots near Qinglan include coconut groves and mangrove reserves in the eastern suburbs. Ride at a speed of 20~25 kilometers per hour for about 6 hours.

It is recommended to camp on the beach and feel the breath of the sea, especially the sunrise in the coconut grove scenic spot in the eastern suburbs, which will definitely murder your film and memory card.

Mangrove Reserve: There is an endless mangrove reserve near Qinglan Ferry. The ferry is driving slowly outside the mangrove forest, all kinds of birds are flying freely in the forest, and neat fishing rafts are stocked along the edge of the mangrove forest. It is a natural and harmonious scene, pleasing to the eye.

Coconut grove in the eastern suburb: Located in the eastern suburb of Wenchang City, adjacent to the famous Qinglan Port, this is the coconut kingdom. When you are in it, wherever you look, you can see trees with different heights, different inclinations and twists and turns. There are more than 500,000 coconut trees here, including red coconut, green coconut, improved dwarf coconut, tall coconut and water coconut. Coconut water is called Tianshui by local people, which is sweet.

D2 Qinglan-Maihao-Huiwen-Changpo-Qionghai-Boao (85km)

When you get out of qinglan, you don't have to return to Wenchang the same way. You can ride back about 5 kilometers and turn left to Maihao Town. From time to time, you can see tropical valleys. The road from Huiwen to Changpo is very close, and you can see the endless sea and coconut groves by the sea. It is about 22 kilometers from Qionghai to Boao, and it is a beautiful asphalt pavement. Some sections will make people feel that it is the most attentive track.

Wanquan River: It is the third largest river in Hainan Island, originating from Wuzhishan, with a total length of 162km. On both sides of the upper reaches, the peaks are undulating, the valleys are narrow, the water is swift, and the downstream rivers are open, with coconut groves and banana orchards on both sides. The river flows through Qionghai city 8 1 km, forming a sandbar island in the middle of the river, with famous Guantang hot spring and beautiful Baishiling scenic spot nearby. The most beautiful place of Wanquan River is the estuary, which integrates rivers, green islands, seaports, sand dikes and other landscapes, and is considered to be one of the best preserved natural scenery in the world.

Accommodation: At noon, you can eat Cargill Duck, Wenchang Chicken and Chili Pork Belly Soup in Qionghai Changlong Hotel to taste the real Hainan flavor. In the evening, you must find a fresh stall next to Boao, where you can camp and eat seafood. There is a large beach suitable for camping in the east of the town. If you have a good relationship with the manager of the seafood stall when eating, you can camp directly on the beach next to the seafood stall. Count the stars and watch the moon on the beach at night. Personally, I think this is the unique pleasure of riding in Hainan.

D3 Boao-Longgun-Wanning-Xinglong Hot Spring (93km)

From Boao to Longgun, you can go back 20 kilometers to Qionghai, and then ride along National Highway 223 in the direction of Longgun. There are also two shortcuts: the first one is to cross the bridge in Boao, cross Wanquan River, go to No.223 National Road in JiuQujiang Town, and then ride in the direction of tornado; The second is to take a ferry across Wanquan estuary to the opposite town, and then ride on National Highway 223. The former road is a new road, and the road surface is in good condition; The latter way can see Wanquan River thoroughly, and interested friends can also touch the gentle Wanquan River in person. After crossing the ferry, go straight to Shangen Town. The dock is next to Boao Convention and Exhibition Center, just like a cruise ship. The sailing time is about 9: 30 ~ 10: 00, and it will start when people are full. However, when there are many tourists, they may not be on time and have to transfer temporarily. From Longgun to Shangen, Lelai, Wanning, Niulou and Xinglong, to Xinglong Hot Spring, take National Highway 223, and the road conditions are slightly better than those of 15 countries and provinces. Mainly alluvial plain, flat terrain, flowing through ten thousand mu of fertile land, mainly pastoral scenery.

Xinglong Hot Spring: Located in Xinglong Overseas Chinese Farm in the eastern suburb of Wanning, where the scenery is beautiful and the hometown of overseas Chinese is rich in customs. Hot spring * * * has more than a dozen springs, and the water temperature keeps about 60 degrees all the year round. The water is rich in minerals, and the transpiration water vapor has a faint fragrance. Soaking in it has therapeutic effect on dermatosis, arthritis and neurasthenia. In Xinglong and Hot Springs, there is also coffee, which is a small seed introduced from abroad by returned overseas Chinese. The brewed coffee smells delicious.

Xinglong Tropical Botanical Garden: Covering an area of more than 600 mu, there are tropical cash crops such as coffee, pepper, vanilla, cocoa, durian, mangosteen and so on 1200 kinds of hot fruits. It also preserves many rare wild plant resources, and many strange flowers and trees can be seen in it. Suggest a look!

D4 Xinglong-Lingshui-Yingzhou-Yalong Bay (120km)

After coming out of the hot spring, you should first go back to Xinglong Town, continue riding along National Highway 223, and cross a mountain pass called Niu Ling from Xinglong to Lingshui. Pay attention to safety when going downhill on Panshan Road, slow down before entering the corner, and don't brake suddenly. Lingshui-Yingzhou-Tengqiao-Wang Lin. The road is good, flat and wide, and you can fly as fast as you want. After Wang Lin, we have to climb a mountain pass with a height difference of about 130 meters. This road is surrounded by mountains, and there is no shadow of the sea. In fact, it is only separated from Yalong Bay by a hill. After crossing the mountain pass, ride for about 5 kilometers. There is a left-turn intersection to Yalong Bay, and the distance from the intersection to Yalong Bay is about 15 kilometers. Go directly to Sanya instead of Yalong Bay.

Accommodation: Xinglong Coffee is the best coffee in Hainan. Be sure to drink coffee at the roadside coffee shop in the old city for breakfast, all of which are freshly ground coffee beans. The local people only drink pure coffee, and the coffee training only provides sugar, but the coffee is very strong and fragrant. If you don't like it, you have to add milk yourself. There is a motorcycle repair shop in the local area, and Lingshui is the distribution center of watermelon. If it is in the harvest season, there are many watermelon stalls on the roadside near the city. It's cool to buy a watermelon and eat it by the side of the road when you're tired and hot from cycling. Yalong Bay Hotel is not harmonious. There are seafood stalls in the easternmost part of the beach, and they will stay here to camp on the beach. Tip: 1. Because the distance arranged for the next day is not long, you can start again after noon and go to Yalong Bay to experience diving in the morning.

2. If there is enough time, this day can be divided into two days. After Lingshui, Sancai and Xincun, there is a monkey island in Nanwan across the sea from Xincun, and a cableway connects the two sides. This is the only island macaque nature reserve in China and even the world. If you go to see it, you can't get to Yalong Bay that night. There are hotels on the island, where you can stay for one night or camp. On the fifth day, I will go to Yalong Bay via Wang Lin. There is plenty of time. When I pass by Wang Lin, I can also visit Wuzhizhou.

D5 Yalong Bay-Sanya-Tianya (60km)

You can play with water in the morning, come out from Yalong Bay in the afternoon, and return to the intersection of National Highway 223. The section to Sanya is a cement pavement, flat and wide, all the way downhill, and soon you will arrive in Sanya. Sanya is the most important tourist city in Hainan, with complete facilities and a good place for replenishment and rest.

If you continue to take the western line, you can continue to move in the direction of Yanglan and Tianya, without entering the downtown area of Sanya. Jie officially entered the section of National Highway 225 on the West Line from Sanya. The roads and railways on the west line cross in parallel, and the scenery across the coastline is beautiful, with less noise and man-made buildings on the east line. Sanya to Yanglan Town is still a wide cement road with street lamps, but after Yanglan, it is an ordinary two-lane asphalt pavement. Before I arrive at Tianya Town, I will pass by Tianya Haijiao Scenic Area. Vulgar is vulgar, but you can try.

Accommodation: The accommodation conditions in Tianya Town are not very good. In fact, the accommodation in the towns on the West Line is not very good. There is no hot water supply, and the locals have no habit of taking hot baths.

D6 Tianya-Yacheng-Liuhuang-Banqiao (107km)

This day is like riding a leisurely ox cart and an ancient steam locomotive, expressing a slow and ancient rhythm.

I have been riding along National Highway 225. Although it is also an ordinary asphalt pavement, the pavement is relatively flat and the terrain is flat, so I ride faster. This area is the origin of fruits and vegetables, and the town is a vegetable distribution center. It is not busy. Each town has its own specialties, some are cucumbers and some are eggplants. On the road, you can see many ox carts, pulling vegetables and walking leisurely in front.

Accommodation: Banqiao is a small town with few accommodation and restaurants. Be prepared to eat dry food during the Spring Festival.

D7-8 Banqiao-Dong-Tai Po-Changjiang (89 km)-Yaxing-Danzhou (79 km)

It is difficult to ride off the coastline and enter mountainous and hilly areas. Banqiao to Dongfang Road in Duan Yiran is along the coast. After crossing Dongfang City, the highway turned eastward, gradually leaving the coastline and entering the mountainous and hilly areas. The road from the east to Changjiang is probably the most tiring on the ring road, and it keeps going uphill and downhill. Although the height difference of each slope is not very big, riding it can be tiring enough. The scenery in the mountain section is good, the vegetation on the hillside is colorful, and there are beautiful rivers and canyons. This section of the road is desolate, so it is safer for many people to walk together.

Shilu is the county seat of Changjiang, about 6 kilometers east of the national highway. This small county is very clean and tidy, and walking on the road ahead will feel very different from the town. From Changjiang to Danzhou, it is still a mountain road, and it has been going up and down for more than a dozen times. Physical exertion is relatively large, but it is slightly better than the previous day's trip. Danzhou is one of the few cities in the western line. The urban area is not small, but the bustling streets are only a short section.

Accommodation: lunch is still in a roadside town. On the seventh day, you can stay at the Yangtze Hotel. The hotel opposite the bus stop is also in good condition. On the eighth day, you can go to the postal hotel in Danzhou.

D9 Danzhou-Fushan-Haikou (130km)

After Danzhou, the terrain gradually flattens until it reaches Lin Yin Avenue.

Danzhou-Heshe-Duowen-Fushan, along Lin Yin Avenue, is very comfortable to ride. After crossing Fushan Mountain, as the distance from Haikou is getting closer and closer, there are more houses on the roadside. The section from An Baili to Haikou feels like it's in the suburbs of the city, and you can't see the scenery of the fields any more.

Precautions:

1, all along the coast, and the environment is very humid. Especially at night, if you stop for an hour or two, there will be a layer of water mist on bicycles and equipment, and clothes hanging outdoors will only get wetter and wetter.

2, don't catch the night road, there are no street lights on the road, it is dangerous to walk at night.

3. Start early in the morning when it is cool, and ride more. At noon 12:00- 14:30, it's best to stop and have a rest during the period with the strongest solar radiation, otherwise it's easy to get sunburned.

National highway often passes through suburbs rather than urban areas. Pay attention to the road signs at the intersection and don't go in the wrong direction.

Riding Hainan equipment:

1, helmet, gloves and cycling shorts are essential basic equipment;

2. A slightly thicker coat, sandals, swimming trunks and sunglasses;

3, air pump, simple car repair tools, sunscreen, car lights or headlights;

4. Double tents, thin or fleece sleeping bags, moisture-proof mats and inflatable pillows are exposed or equipped;

6. Soft lock, binding belt and bicycle rear frame. If you don't have a backpack, you can use a backpack instead. Just tie it tightly, but it's not so stable when riding a bike, and it's not convenient to carry things. )

Safety rules for riding Hainan:

1, don't go backwards, don't take the fast lane and sidewalk, and don't run a red light.

2. Be careful not to be too fast;

3. When riding on a flat road, the distance between the front and rear vehicles is1~ 2m;

4. If anyone in the cycling team leaves or is injured, notify other team members and put the car in a conspicuous place on the side of the road;

5. When riding in the team, if the middle road is uneven and there are stones, the front flag should be conveyed to his teammates behind him in time;
