Do people have to do what they love all their lives?

Seven Buds, picture book cartoonist, real name Hao Ying, born in 1980s, Cancer; Super house can stay indoors for a long time when food and water are sufficient; Good at painting communication, love hand painting, and often paint in the dark; Like cooking, dream of having the same superb cooking skills as my mother, and make delicious food that makes people cry; A senior cat slave has two cats at home;

In 20 12 years, he created 100 hand-painted recipes of good cuisine, which were recommended by BTV Life Channel. 20 14 watercolor course; 20 15 "Playing Sweet and Salty Zongzi in Dragon Boat Festival" was published in Beijing Daily; On 20 16, he created the "Seven Buds Food Map of Beijing", which will be published soon;

About last July, I borrowed this food picture book "Food with Music" from Nantu. I like the author's painting style and the cheap cat in the picture book. So I wrote the author's name and Weibo information on the cover. Later, I opened an exclusive interview with Entrepreneurship/Freelance, and wanted to know how kiya, a hand-painted freelancer, would live and how to arrange his life. Open kiya's official WeChat account and read it carefully. Her hand-painting revolves around life, with food hand-painting, food funny cartoons and some comic stories. There are also some daily hobbies of kiya, such as kiya growing vegetables on the balcony, diy by hand, cooking by himself and so on. It turns out that in this world, there are people who really live the life you want!

I asked kiya when he set foot on the road of hand-painted food. Her answer surprised me a little: "I have been painting food by hand for about five years." At first, because my mother cooked a good dish, my neighbors knew that I became a foodie. Since I was 4 years old, painting has been my uninterrupted hobby and occupation. So I started painting these tempting foods, which indirectly influenced many people in the same way. " The superposition of food and painting is an innovation-it reminds me of the law of 10,000 hours, and Zhao Xing, who has been writing for seven years (Jianghu people call him a "maverick cat"). In my opinion, love and liking have different depths. Love, with a craftsman spirit, can even be said to be paranoid sometimes. Like, sometimes it's just a temporary emotional pleasure. I think you must be curious: As a hand-painted freelancer, how does kiya spend his day-"Basically, I don't paint every day, but every other day, because I really like painting, which is not a task. Besides commercial painting, I prefer painting what I want to paint. It's strange (don't think it's crooked) that I usually listen to songs and watch movies, tease cats to raise flowers and do handicrafts, and find inspiration and ideas. I like watching horror movies and documentaries very much, and maybe I will draw a horror comics in the future. Haha ~ "Many years ago, I saw this sentence on the Internet-love is invincible. No matter success or failure, only by loving what you do can you give it creativity and your heart will be full of happiness!

Qiya, a full-time painter, is engaged in interest classes in book illustration, book publishing and watercolor painting. At present, she is preparing her own studio. For the career he loves, kiya said-"It is not difficult to lie to say that the road to painting is not difficult. No matter how you insist on what you want to do, it is right, even in different forms. " "Every painter should start by falling in love with hand painting. Now the technology is very developed, and mobile phones can draw. The tools of painting are ever-changing, but hand-drawing is particularly precious, because hand-drawing has a unique charm, such as a sense of brushwork, air and flaws ... Compared with digital painting, hand-drawing requires the author to have more superb and time-consuming skills. In the growth stage of picture book market, everyone's aesthetics are unstable. But now everyone's aesthetics have really improved. More and more people know about hand painting, know that hand painting is valuable, and respect the contribution of hand-painted authors. This is a good thing to insist on hand painting. But I want to say again that the evaluation of a work does not depend entirely on painting techniques and tools. Good digital paintings are just as good. "

Q: Does kiya paint other series besides delicious food? A: Besides delicious food, I also want to draw travel notes and story cartoons. I have painted many unfinished and unpublished half-finished stories.

Q: Will you consider drawing other city snacks after the publication of the Seven Buds Food Map in Beijing? A: I may really paint in the future. Every trip, Wuzhen, Gulangyu, Qingdao, Dalian? What impressed me most was the local food ~

Q: Do you open travel comics focusing on food? A: Yes, it's really hard to eat while walking. It's really hard to get rid of the consideration of food. My travel routes are basically planned according to food. [Shyness] A trip without food is incomplete. I think it takes at least one third. Just look at the scenery and chat with the locals ~

Q: I am very concerned about Naoko Takagi, a famous Japanese hand-painted writer. She has published a series of picture books about a person, such as The Ninth Year of Living Alone, One's Food Journey and so on. The content covers food, travel, fitness and so on. This encounter is more inclined to personal life experiences at different latitudes. Will kiya consider trying this? Naoko Takagi is my idol. She has bought almost all the books, and many picture book writers in China are influenced by her. At that time, this type filled the vacancy of life picture books, and the stories she painted were true, rich and comprehensive, which has always been an example for me in my study. I also dream of drawing my own touching experiences and stories, which will really have a sense of accomplishment. Sometimes, professional book authors can't draw the theme according to their own wishes, but also need to communicate with book editors and evaluate the vacancy in the book market. Or take the free route of self-accumulation, which requires the author to pay a certain amount of energy and time while satisfying his own food and clothing, but I will keep working hard ~ Therefore, it takes wisdom and courage to make original works, and we should encourage and support all authors who adhere to the original road. They are very valuable.

Q: What are kiya's future plans for hand painting? Does opening a studio have any special significance for kiya? A: In the future, I hope to continue to draw more works that I am satisfied with, convey more positive energy and happy cartoons to readers, and constantly improve myself! ~ owning a studio of your own is also one of many dreams. It has been planned for a long time. I hope I can make more friends who love painting, and let more people like painting and understand it. This lifestyle will be better than building a car behind closed doors at home.

"About persistence: I generally don't want this thing to be so tired and so difficult. I will think hard: I will be great if I finish this, right? ! ~ ""It is a loss for a person not to do what he likes all his life ~ As long as the reality is not good for you, crush it bravely! Do what you like, love the person you love, and strive to be the person you want to be the most. Don't work hard this time, try again next time. "

"I like growing vegetables very much. You can also try. It is especially good to watch the seedlings grow up and harvest them in your mouth. "
