Second, arrange holiday trips reasonably. Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day are coming. In accordance with the principle of "not going out of the province unless necessary", residents in the whole region are encouraged to spend holidays on the spot, and the flow of people across provinces is minimized, especially to avoid going abroad and going to medium and high-risk areas.

Third, strictly control the gathering activities of personnel. Holiday parties are not recommended, and large-scale parties are not allowed. All party and government organs, enterprises and institutions in the region are not allowed to hold celebrations in the form of dinners and tea parties. People who lived outside the province in the past 14 days, people who returned to areas outside the country (territory) during the three-month control period and people who lived with them, and people who were at home in risk areas during health monitoring are not allowed to participate in any gathering activities.

The fourth is to strictly implement normalized prevention and control measures. All kinds of public places and market operators such as scenic spots in the whole region must strictly implement the provisions on the prevention and control of normalized epidemic situation, and implement prevention and control measures such as "scanning code, measuring temperature, wearing masks, ventilation, disinfection and rice noodles".
