Liang Ning said in an article that after leaving Tencent in 2014, he had a lot of time, so he started studying horoscopes again , met a lot of people, read their horoscopes, and listened to their stories. Then I discovered that everyone's destiny is clearly visible.

In that article, Liang Ning interpreted a person's fate by looking at his happiness.

When God arranges a person's destiny, or gives a person a mission, he actually gives him a hobby, a real liking, something called "addiction".

People cannot refuse their true feelings. No matter which track reality forces him into, he will always break away from the heavy pressure little by little, leaving a little space to allow himself to connect to the real world. In happiness. This thing that makes a person happy is the handle of a person's destiny.

This is what Liang Ning said, the most important talent in life is happiness.

In the product class, Liang Ning explained the same point of view from another angle.

You may feel uncomfortable after practicing on PPT three times, but Steve Jobs practiced on PPT 100 times for the Apple conference and still enjoyed it; you may feel unhappy when cleaning, but some people clean three times a day without getting tired of it.

02? Pain is a talent more important than happiness

Liang Ning believes that happiness is a talent, but among the people with the highest achievements, there is another person who is more important than happiness. An important talent - pain.

What drives them is pain. The pain was so great that they couldn't stop.

What is an ordinary person?

I have written about Lei Jun before, and Lei Jun’s experience also illustrates very well that great pain drives a person to make great achievements.

Lei Jun joined Kingsoft after graduating from college at the age of 23. He worked there for 16 years, rising from programmer to CEO and leading Kingsoft to go public. I achieved financial freedom and retired in my thirties.

This can be said to be the achievement that many people dream of, but Lei Jun was in extreme pain at that time. Because Lei Jun’s expectation for his life is not a small success, but a big success. If you don't succeed, it will be very painful.

When he was 18 years old, he watched "Silicon Valley Fire" and learned about the entrepreneurial stories of Silicon Valley heroes such as Steve Jobs. He was so excited that he stayed awake for several nights and walked around in circles on the school playground. , and then established a vague goal: I must do some earth-shattering things in the future, and I must be a great person.

Jinshan’s career is obviously not earth-shattering, and it cannot support his life ambitions.

Therefore, Lei Jun was in pain after retiring from Jinshan. He couldn't stand other big guys at the same time who were ahead of him and stronger than him.

It was this kind of pain that drove Lei Jun to overcome the fear of "if I fail to start a business again, I will be ruined" in 2010, he started over and founded Xiaomi.

03 A person’s spiritual resources and spiritual structure determine the direction of that person’s life

All your acquired knowledge, skills, and rationality cannot convince you. The invocation of knowledge requires time and thinking, but emotions are experienced in a moment.

Pleasure, displeasure, anger, and fear are all emotions and they all belong to your operating system.

For example, if a person continuously invests 10,000 hours in one place and becomes a genius, it is because of the support of pleasure; if a person is conscientious, with this thing as the core, and completely selfless, many times he is Because of fear; and if a young man has neither pleasure nor fear in his work, you can basically judge that he will not achieve anything in this matter.

Lei Jun understood his happiness and pain very early, and knew what he wanted to be very early. These supported his every decision and the direction of his life.

In 1998, Kingsoft paid Lei Jun 200,000 yuan. Lei Jun threw all of it into the stock market, and after a while, it became 600,000.
