Where can I go to expedite the process of applying for a U.S. visa?

I don’t know where you should apply for expedited processing. I will give you an expediting procedure on the official website of the Beijing Embassy. If you want to apply elsewhere, just find the relevant official website and email address.

For expedited applications for interviews in Beijing, please send an email to the embassy. The email should include the following information. Expedited applications that do not provide complete information or provide incorrect information will not be considered. We do not accept emails with attachments. All information must be in English.

After receiving your expedited request, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation email. If your application is approved, we will contact you by email within 5 working days; if you do not receive an email notification from us within 5 working days, it means that your expedited application has not been approved. 10) Whether you have obtained a visa before, or have a visa refusal record
