What are the procedures for civil servant loans?

Civil servant loans, like ordinary personal loans, require borrowers to apply for personal loans in writing, and require borrowers to provide relevant materials that can prove that they meet the loan conditions, that is, personal identity cards, income certificates and other materials, which are subject to bank regulations.

According to Article 11 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Personal Loans, applying for personal loans shall meet the following conditions:

Interim Measures for the Administration of Personal Loans Article 23 A lender shall sign a written loan contract with the borrower, and if a guarantee is needed, a guarantee contract shall be signed at the same time.
