No need. According to Jiujiang Travel Network, Jiujiang Pipa Pavilion locals do not need tickets with their ID cards. Pipa Pavilion is located in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province (east of the south bank of Jiujiang Yangtze River Bridge), facing the Yangtze River and backed by Biwa Lake. Built in the first year of the Tang Dynasty, it has a history of 1200 years. It was originally located on the bank of the Yangtze River in the west of Jiujiang, which is Bai Juyi's place of seeing off guests, but it was abandoned and moved many times in past dynasties.
