How to complain about travel?

If a tourist is cheated, he may apply to a consumer association, a tourist complaint accepting institution or a relevant mediation organization for mediation, or apply to an arbitration institution for arbitration, or bring a lawsuit to a people's court.

Article 91 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China People's governments at or above the county level shall designate or establish a unified tourism complaint handling institution. After receiving the complaint, the accepting institution shall promptly handle it or hand it over to the relevant department for handling, and inform the complainant.

Article 93 Consumers' associations, tourist complaint handling institutions and relevant mediation organizations shall mediate disputes between tourists and tour operators according to law on the basis of mutual willingness.
