The following is the guide of the giant Buddha that I brought to you. Welcome to reading.

Guide words of Leshan Giant Buddha 1

Ladies and gentlemen: Hello!

Welcome to the Giant Buddha for sightseeing. What we are seeing now is the world-famous Millennium ancient Buddha-Leshan Giant Buddha. It is the largest carved Maitreya Buddha in the world, with a height of 7 1 m, a shoulder width of 24 meters, a head diameter of 10 m, an ear length of 7 meters, a mouth and eyes length of 3.3 meters, an eyebrow and nose length of 5.6 meters, a neck height of 3 meters, a finger length of 8.3 meters and a foot width of 8.3 meters from knee to instep. Leshan Giant Buddha is magnificent, and people describe it as "a mountain is a Buddha, and a Buddha is a mountain".

Leshan Giant Buddha was built in the early years of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty (7 13) and completed in the 19th year of Tang Zhenyuan (803). It can be calculated that Leshan Giant Buddha has stood here for 1200 years.

Now please look at the rocks on both sides of the Buddha. This kind of rock is called red sandstone, which is loose and easily weathered. Leshan Giant Buddha is carved on this kind of rock. So why did the giant Buddha cross 1200 years? First, let's look at the location of the giant Buddha. The giant Buddha is located on the shady slope to the west of Lingyun Mountain. In addition, the surrounding forests are dense and the geological structure is stable. The giant Buddha is located in the river bend and hidden in the mountains, which reduces wind and rain erosion and water erosion, so the rock weathering is slow. Not only that, Leshan Giant Buddha also has a very ingenious drainage system. There are drainage holes connected left and right behind the giant Buddha, which can avoid the erosion of the Buddha statue by the mountain spring; On the 4th, 9th and18th floors of the bun on the Buddha's head, there is a drainage channel, which is connected with the folds of the Buddha's clothes to form a drainage channel network to avoid rain erosion on the Buddha's body. It can be seen that the design of Leshan Giant Buddha is very scientific. In addition, after the completion of the Giant Buddha, there was a pavilion with 13 floors, but it was destroyed by the war in the late Ming Dynasty.

Although Leshan Giant Buddha has a perfect protection system, in the long years of 1000 years, it has inevitably suffered various kinds of damage, both natural and man-made. So it has been maintained in various dynasties. Especially after the founding of New China, the government has carried out many repairs to Leshan Giant Buddha, among which the main project is 1963 maintenance. From 65438 to 0982, Leshan Giant Buddha was announced by the State Council as a national key cultural relic protection unit. 1996 Emei Mountain-Leshan Giant Buddha was listed in the World Natural and Cultural Heritage List by UNESCO. At present, the protection of Leshan Giant Buddha has attracted the attention of people all over the world, and Leshan Giant Buddha has become a precious heritage of people all over the world.

Haishitang

So, who created this wealth for us? What is the purpose of building this Buddha statue? With these questions, let's visit Shihai Concert Hall.

The three statues in Haishitang are heroes who built Leshan Giant Buddha. First of all, let's look at Haitong, the founder of the Giant Buddha, a Buddhist monk. He is from Guizhou and became a monk in Lingyun Mountain.

At the intersection of Leshan and Sanjiang in ancient times, the water potential was quite fierce, and shipwrecks often occurred. The monk Haitong was merciful and prepared to build a giant Buddha to save the town from the flood. So I begged everywhere and raised a lot of money. At that time, a court official was greedy for money and prepared to blackmail him. Haitong Mage said sternly, "It is rare to gouge out your eyes."

I can gouge out my eyes for you, but you can't get the wealth of this Buddha. Court officials rudely asked him to try it. Jackson Haitong held the plate righteously in one hand and gouged out his own eyes in the other. The court official was frightened and never embarrassed him again. Master Haitong was very old when he made the Buddha, so when the giant Buddha reached his shoulder, he died and the construction of the giant Buddha stopped. About ten years later, Zhang Qiu and Joan, our messenger from Xichuan, donated 200,000 yuan to continue the construction of Leshan Giant Buddha. Because the project was huge and needed huge funds, the court ordered the payment of hemp salt tax, which made the project progress rapidly. Leshan Giant Buddha reached his knees, and his successors, Zhang Qiu and Joan, were transferred to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and went to Beijing. The project stopped again.

Forty years later, Wei Gao, the messenger of Jianchuan, donated 500,000 yuan to continue the construction of Leshan Giant Buddha. With the efforts of three generations, after 90 years, Leshan Giant Buddha has finally been completely completed, covered with gold, and the gorgeous Buddha clothes and the magnificent Buddha body set each other off.

A winding cliff road

Now that we have a preliminary understanding of the giant Buddha, let's go to the foot of the giant Buddha to see the panorama through the nine-curve plank road. The Jiuqu plank road under our feet was built together with Leshan Giant Buddha, with 173 steps, with1.45m at the widest point and only 0.6m at the narrowest point. Along the way, you can enjoy the stone shrines left on the cliff. These Buddha statues are different in manner and exquisite in craftsmanship, which can be compared with the four grottoes in China. Unfortunately, their weathering phenomenon is very serious.

We came to the foot of the Buddha. Please look up at the giant Buddha and feel its height and majesty. Visitors can also watch the newly discovered head of the small Buddha in the Giant Buddha Center at close range.

Religious connotation

By the way, I would like to explain to you the religious connotation of Leshan Giant Buddha. Leshan Giant Buddha is a wonderful flower in Mo Yan's statues in Tang Dynasty. This is a Maitreya Buddha. Why build Maitreya? This is closely related to the worship of Maitreya in Tang Dynasty. According to Buddhist teachings, Maitreya is the future Buddha among the three buddhas. It symbolizes the brightness and happiness of the future world. After the death of Buddha Sakyamuni, 5.67 billion years later, Maitreya will take the place of Buddha and spread Buddhism under the Longhua tree in Hualin Garden for the benefit of all beings. Buddhist scriptures say that Maitreya will be "peaceful on earth" after his birth, so people naturally long for him to come to earth as soon as possible, so it is popular to shape Maitreya statues all over the country. During the Wu and Zhou Dynasties, Empress Wu Zetian ordered a big picture to prove that she was the reincarnation of Maitreya. In the feudal era when men were superior to women, people's worship of Maitreya helped her ascend to the throne. Because of Wu Zetian's vigorous advocacy, the wind of sculpting Maitreya Buddha swept the country. The construction of Leshan Giant Buddha was only more than 20 years from the time of Wu Zetian, so when Haitong built Leshan Giant Buddha, he naturally chose Maitreya Buddha, which is a future Buddha that can bring light and happiness, which is consistent with the requirements of Zhenjiang Giant Buddha to quell floods, so the identity of Leshan Giant Buddha as Maitreya Buddha is also certain.

Some tourists may ask this question: Why is the Maitreya statue of Leshan Giant Buddha different from the Maitreya statue in the temple? This is because the Maitreya Buddha in the temple was shaped according to the image of a monk named Qiben in China during the Five Dynasties. This is from Fenghua County, Zhejiang Province. He is charitable, can predict the weather and people's good and bad luck, and often takes a cloth bag to beg for alms everywhere. Before his death, he said, "Maitreya Buddha is really Maitreya Buddha, and it has been shown to the world, but the world doesn't know it." So everyone thinks that he is the incarnation of Maitreya, and Maitreya in the temple has also shaped his image-a cloth-bag monk with a big smile and a big belly.

In fact, in the Han Buddhism culture in China, the statue of Maitreya has undergone great changes. The first stage is the introduction of Jiao Jiao Maitreya from India to China. The second stage is the ancient Buddha Maitreya with "China characteristics"; The third stage is the Maitreya Buddha in the temple now. Leshan Giant Buddha is an ancient Buddha with China characteristics, named Maitreya Buddha. According to the description in the Maitreya Sutra, Maitreya has "thirty-two phases and eighty kinds of goodness", which requires his facial features, head, hands, feet and body to be different from ordinary people. The overall shape of Leshan Giant Buddha is extraordinary. The bun on his head, broad shoulders, tall and long eyebrows and straight nostrils are all made according to the provisions of Buddhist scriptures, but his face has the same characteristics as Han Chinese. The "broad shoulders and thin waist" of Indian Buddha statues have disappeared from the giant Buddha, replaced by strong shoulders and full breasts, which embodies the fashion of advocating obesity and beauty in the Tang Dynasty. The posture of Leshan Giant Buddha is that its feet droop naturally, which is different from the "knotting" posture of Indian Buddha statues because the giant Buddha was built to save water. This steady and steady sitting posture can give boatmen confidence and determination to overcome rapids and dangerous beaches. Sui and Tang Dynasties is a glorious stage in the history of Buddhist sculpture art in China, and the sculpture shows the "appearance" of the Buddha.

Leshan Giant Buddha's gentle expression, amiable expression, wisdom in meditation and kind face in majesty make people feel reverence and kindness. I think everyone can't help admiring the exquisite carving technology while marveling at the height and grandeur of Leshan Giant Buddha. Ok, now I invite everyone to have free activities. Ten minutes later, we will walk on the newly-built Lingyun plank road 1983 and visit the Ma Hao Cliff Tomb.

Cave Tomb on Mahao River

Ladies and gentlemen, here, I would like to introduce an ancient funeral custom in Leshan.

Speaking of burial customs, you may be familiar with the hanging coffins on both sides of the Yangtze River in eastern Sichuan. However, in western Sichuan, especially Leshan, a burial method of chiseling mountains as tombs is popular. Its main feature is to dig a square cave along the shallow hills and valleys, and then put the bodies, coffins and funerary objects into the cave. The structure of the tomb system completely imitates the houses in real life, but from the outside, it is a deep and mysterious cave. This tomb was popular in the Eastern Han Dynasty more than 1800 years ago, so it was called the Cliff Tomb of the Eastern Han Dynasty. There are about tens of thousands of such cliff tombs in Leshan, and among these cliff tombs, the most concentrated and representative tomb group is Mahao Cliff Tomb, which is about 200 meters long and 25 meters wide, with a total of 544 tombs. As we all know, birth, old age, illness and death are inevitable. Whether you are optimistic or pessimistic, life and death are irresistible natural laws. Therefore, people's helplessness to death has to derive a kind of prayer and a wish, hoping to live a better life after death than when they are alive. In addition, influenced by Taoist thought at that time, it was believed that the places where immortals such as the Queen Mother of the West and the Female Worm lived were stone houses, and it was said that digging mountains as rooms could become immortals, so this form of tomb system gradually became popular. During the Eastern Han Dynasty, the economy of Leshan developed rapidly, and it was located in the main traffic road, with a growing population. Social class relations and political structure are also constantly changing. The biggest change is that the formation of local clans is influenced by Confucianism ideologically and culturally, and the concept of "loyalty, filial piety, benevolence, faithfulness, honesty and righteousness" is the most prominent. Under the concept of "benevolence and filial piety", it is inevitable to be born filial and be buried when you die. In order to meet this demand, a huge sum of money was spent to build cliff tombs, which has been popular for 400 years.

Ok, now that our destination has arrived, please look up at this plaque "Ma Hao Cliff Tomb" first. Mahao is the river behind us. It is a spillway dug by Li Bing, the prefect of Shu County in pre-Qin Dynasty, in order to avoid the harm of foam water. Therefore, the cemetery is called "Ma Hao Cliff Tomb". This plaque was inscribed on 1965 by our literary master, Mr. Guo Moruo. Here I want to ask you: What do you think is the most worth seeing in Leshan? Maybe tourists and friends will say without thinking-Leshan Giant Buddha? Yes, but Lao Guo said that only Leshan Cliff Tomb can be compared with Leshan Giant Buddha. In his words at that time, it was "a head" (Sichuan dialect, which means it is of great research value). Therefore, in addition to viewing the giant Buddha, you should also visit the Cliff Tomb when you come to Leshan. Mahaoya Tomb was awarded as a provincial key cultural relics protection unit in Sichuan Province in 1956 and 1980. You can see the record of this inscription on my right. On the stone tablet on my left hand side, it is recorded that 1988 Ma Hao Cliff Tomb was rated as a national key cultural relics protection unit, so this museum was built. The "Ma Hao Cliff Tomb Museum" on the plaque was inscribed by Yang Chao, a modern scholar.

Now let's look at the internal structure of this tomb group. First of all, what we see is a giant imitation of a horse figurine, which is based on the horse figurine in the tomb. I'll introduce its meaning to you in detail when I get there. Now we are at the cliff tomb of Ma Hao 1. The open space in front of us is an underground courtyard and garden built by imitating real life. There are many portraits and stone carvings on the door, and the carving skills are superb. Its function is to guide the souls of the dead to ascend to heaven and return to the land, with the main purpose of returning to the land. At the same time, each picture also shows the different thoughts, concepts and religious beliefs of the tomb owner. Let's have a look from left to right. The most famous and distinctive thing here is this picture of Jing Ke stabbing the king of Qin. It reflects the feudal ethics with "loyalty and filial piety" as the core, and also reflects the anti-Qin thought of the tomb owner. Next is the map of western queen mother giving medicine.

The Queen Mother of the West is the Queen Mother in our myths and legends, and it is the object of sacrifice in the minds of people in the Han Dynasty, wishing them immortality and prosperity. In the picture, the Queen Mother of the West sits in the middle and gives medicine to many people kneeling on the ground. It is a dream to get the elixir of life, so the statue of the Queen Mother of the West can be seen in many tombs. The picture next to the cave is the "Matu" blueprint that everyone saw when they entered the door just now. You must find that this picture is very different from the general procession of horses and chariots. In the picture, a fierce horse is caught by Mavra. In a very concise way, the author describes the groom's attitude of concentrating on controlling the fierce horse and the unruly majestic posture of the fierce horse. This combination of strength and speed is very ornamental. Therefore, the painting is extraordinary, so it is engraved in the courtyard. This picture may reflect that the tomb owner had a hobby of hunting and riding famous horses before his death. Please look up, this Buddha statue is the most valuable in the whole tomb. It is 28 cm high, wearing a shoulder-length dress and a "fearless seal" on the right hand, which means "all the best". This Buddha statue is one of the earliest Buddha statues in China.

Buddhism was introduced to China in Han Dynasty, but the earliest Buddha statue was unearthed in the cliff tomb of Leshan, which proved that Buddhism spread in Leshan no later than other places. This is an important material for studying the history of early Buddhism in China, the art of Buddhism and the route of Buddhism's introduction into China. The shop head is carved on the right, usually in the middle of the door beam, door frame and lintel. Its function is to exorcise evil spirits and protect its owner. There is a woman with a broom on the right hand side of the door, telling everyone to clean up the dust before entering the door, which also reflects the host's hospitality. Now I'm in the back room. Everything here is a yin house decorated by imitating the yang house of the deceased. At that time, people's understanding of death and remains was: "when people die, they say ghosts;" The ghost died and came back; So people can see the owner's living room, kitchen, bathroom, etc. here, pursuing a life that is still alive despite death. According to the size of the family and the form of the tomb system, experts divide the tomb system into single system and double system. As we say now, two rooms, one living room, three rooms and one living room. There is a coffin at the end of the cemetery. A couple is usually buried in a coffin, symbolizing a small family. The deceased lived in the same hospital before his death, and different generations or brothers became small families. Living in separate rooms may be a family. Due to some objective reasons, the tomb cave can't be extended. If you want to accommodate the whole family, you probably need to open up the whole mountain into a huge tomb group. I don't know if you have noticed that taller guests and friends always bend over when they come in because the top of the tomb is too low. There were more carefree people when they came in. That's because in order to drain water, they deliberately made the ground of the cliff tomb high inside and low outside, and also dug a drainage ditch on the ground. Please follow me to the exhibition halls on both sides of the mausoleum to visit the funerary objects. These funerary objects are all pottery, and the only copy is this Book Maid. In different periods of the development of cliff tombs, the types and combination forms of these funerary objects have developed and changed, which can be roughly divided into three stages: early, middle and late. The pottery chicken and pig displayed in the cupboard also have different meanings. For example, pottery pigs and ducks represent the home scenery of the tomb owner. Pottery dogs are common in tombs, because raising dogs was very popular in Han Dynasty. They were treated as pets at birth and put in graves after death to prevent thieves. Among them, the most ornamental is the pottery building unearthed in 1978. From the magnificence and heavy eaves of the building, it can be seen that the owner of the tomb was rich before his death. Ok, please feel free to visit here, and please meet at the door after the visit!

Guide words of Leshan Giant Buddha II

Hello, everyone. Today, I am honored to come with you to Leshan Giant Buddha, a world cultural heritage. I am a tour guide in your country. My name is Yu. You can call me Xiaoyu. I hope I can have a pleasant trip with you.

Now, we are sitting in the car, and I will tell you the origin of a Leshan Giant Buddha. In the Tang Dynasty, there was a Hega named Haitong. Before the completion of Leshan Giant Buddha, the water potential at the junction of Minjiang River, Qingyi River and Dadu River was quite fierce, and shipwrecks often occurred. Haitong traveled all over the country to raise funds to build Leshan Giant Buddha. On the way, he met a greedy man and asked Haitong for money. Haitong told him: "I can't give you money, I'd rather gouge out my eyes and give them to you!" " The man didn't believe it. Haitong really dug out his eyeballs and gave them to that man. Later, people were very sad to learn that Haitong had died. Hundreds of thousands of people built Leshan Giant Buddha together ... Well, the story is over, it's time to get off.

Now, we are going to Leshan Giant Buddha, which was originally 108 meters high, but now it is only 7 1 meter after being weathered by rain. There used to be three years of natural disasters, and many bodies of starving people flowed at the confluence of the three rivers. The whole river was a corpse, and the giant Buddha could not bear to see it, closing his eyes and crying.

Look, this is Leshan Giant Buddha. You can take a look along the plank road if you are interested. Be careful when you go down. Only one person can pass through the narrowest part of this plank road. For tourists with children, please take good care of your children. Old people with hypertension had better not go down. Also, tourists must not touch the Buddha's feet when they go down, otherwise the staff will fine 300 yuan and let you catch the next person who touches your feet before you go. Please enjoy the following time. I hope to see you next time. Have a nice trip. Goodbye!

Leshan Giant Buddha's Guide Words 3

Hello, tourists! I am your tour guide today. My surname is Hong. Please call me Hong! Today, I will take you to visit Leshan Giant Buddha in Leshan City, Sichuan Province ... OK! Here we are. Entering the gate, we came to the foot of a mountain. The first thing that catches your eye are two giant Buddha statues, which were vividly carved by ancient craftsmen on the mountain. Such a steep mountain range, even today's people may not be able to create such a perfect work of art, how did the people who built Buddha statues in ancient times do it? What a wonderful work!

After bidding farewell to the two giant buddhas, we came to the "Tibetan Buddha Cave" again. Why is it called Tibetan Buddha Cave? Because there were several "actions to destroy Buddha" in ancient times, people destroyed cultural relics, burned temples and slaughtered monks, and many Buddha statues were also destroyed. In order to protect these Buddha statues and cultural relics, monks hid them in a cave and moved them out after the storm subsided. In these disasters, none of the monks who hid the Buddha was spared. Until a long time ago, someone accidentally discovered this cave, which contained several Buddha statues and hundreds of cultural relics. When I walked into the cave, the first thing I saw was a statue of Guanyin with a thousand hands. It looks so serious that I can't count my hands. Each hand has a vessel, and there is a net bottle on the box, and there are several willow branches in it, which is very wonderful. On both sides of the Bodhisattva are two patrons of the Buddha. Two men, one with a mord and the other with a multiplier, looked serious, as if anyone dared to disrespect the giant Buddha, and he would give it to him rudely.

Out of the Tibetan Buddha Cave, we bypassed the pavilions and came to the top of the mountain. You see, it's a sea of people and tourists. Here, we can see the head of the giant Buddha. You see, there are countless steamed buns, and the cracks are covered with moss, which means they are very old. Only when you come to the foot of the mountain can you see the true face of the giant Buddha, and you can't help but sigh: What a big Buddha! The head of the giant Buddha is flush with the top of the mountain, and his expression is solemn. His ears are more than three meters long, which is longer than a car. The Buddha is sitting upright, sitting by the river, with his hands flat on his knees, and a dozen people can stand on his hands! It's big, right? No wonder some people say that Leshan Giant Buddha is magical, but it is really "Buddha is a mountain, and the mountain is a Buddha statue".

Leshan Giant Buddha is the crystallization of the wisdom of ancient working people. This magnificent scenery of Leshan embodies the blood, sweat and wisdom of many people! Well, our tour is over today. Have a nice day!

Leshan Giant Buddha Tour Guide Words 4

Friends of tourists:

Hello everyone! As the saying goes, "It's a pleasure to have friends from afar." Today, I am very happy because of my friends and their arrival. First of all, on behalf of the Giant Buddha Scenic Area, I welcome you. Secondly, I want to introduce myself. I'm General Wan, a tour guide from your. You can call me Xiao Wan or Wan Dao. Have a nice trip today.

All right, ladies and gentlemen, now we are on a platform on the right side of the head of Leshan Giant Buddha. Now I believe that many tourists and friends have a feeling of rapid heartbeat! But don't get too excited, lest your heart beat too fast and get out of control. Now everyone thinks this giant Buddha is very big, but how big is it? Let me focus on it for you. Leshan Giant Buddha is one of the fine works of art in China's cliff statues in the Tang Dynasty, and it is the largest stone statue of Maitreya Buddha in the world at present. The height of the Giant Buddha is 7 1 m, which is equivalent to the height of 24 stories, and it is even higher than the Bamiyan Giant Buddha in Afghanistan, which is known as the world's number one18m. The giant Buddha's eyes and mouth are 3.3 meters long, and mine is about 1.7 meters long, which is twice as long as mine. Eyebrows are more than 5 meters long, nose is about 6 meters, and ears are 7 meters high. In his ears, two strong men can stand side by side. The shoulder width of the giant Buddha is 24 meters, which is equivalent to the length of two buses side by side. The giant Buddha is 8.5 meters wide. What kind of concept is this? This is equivalent to being able to accommodate more than 100 people sitting around it. For our friends who love playing mahjong, it is not a problem to circle five or six tables on it. It is precisely because of such a high height that Leshan Giant Buddha has become the first in the world.

Tourist friends, please come this way and pay attention to the steps. Here, you can overlook Leshan Giant Buddha. Leshan Giant Buddha was built in 720 AD with a history of 1200 years. The construction of the whole Giant Buddha took 90 years, and it was completed in 820 AD, that is, in the 19th year of Tang Dezong. I believe everyone has noticed that the rocks on both sides of the Giant Buddha are red rocks and red sandstone, with loose geology and easy weathering. So why can Leshan Giant Buddha still stand here 1200 years? This is due to its geographical location and its own drainage system. First of all, Leshan Giant Buddha is located in the concave part of the mountain, on the shady slope of Lingyun Mountain. Secondly, there is a drainage ditch on the 4th floor, 9th floor and18th floor of the head bun of the Giant Buddha, and there are also many hidden drainage ditches at the folds of the collar and clothes of the Giant Buddha, which constitutes a complete drainage system. Not only that, but also a giant Buddha pavilion was built to protect it, but it was destroyed in the war in the late Ming Dynasty, but you can still clearly see the traces on both sides of the giant Buddha.

Leshan Giant Buddha is currently a 4A-level scenic spot in China. In ancient times, there was a saying that "Emei goes up and Lingyun goes down". Of course, this Emei refers to Emei Mountain, and Lingyun naturally refers to our Leshan Giant Buddha. Dear tourists, there is a saying when visiting Leshan Giant Buddha, "It's a pity that you are not a true man until you reach the Great Wall." Please follow me down the Jiuqu plank road and visit the foot of the Giant Buddha.

Leshan Giant Buddha's Guide Words 5

Ladies and gentlemen,

Hello everyone! Welcome to giant buddha. I am a landscape guide. My name is Wei Chunyun. You can call me Wei Dao. I will show you around today. I hope you will be civilized tourists!

First of all, let me give you an overview of the scenic spots. Leshan Giant Buddha is the largest stone statue of Maitreya Buddha in the world with a long history. It was built in 720 17, and has stood here for 1200 years! Many craftsmen took 90 years to build. Next, we walked and talked.

Leshan Giant Buddha is located in the southwest of Sichuan Province, China, surrounded by Minjiang River, Qingyi River and Dadu River, and is collectively called "Leshan Sanjiang". Sitting on the boat and looking at the Buddha from the front, you will find that the Buddha is located on the shady slope to the west of Lingyun Mountain, surrounded by dense trees and stable geological structure. Therefore, although the giant Buddha is surrounded by red sandstone, it is not completely weathered. However, the state often allocates special funds for the Buddha to wash his face.

People say: a mountain is a Buddha, and a Buddha is a mountain. The height of the giant Buddha is 7 1 m; The shoulder width is 24 meters; The ear is 7 meters long, and each ear can get into two people; Its eyes and mouth are 3.3 meters long; The length of eyebrows and nose is 5.6 meters. Unexpectedly, its head diameter is 10 meter, which is as high as five floors! But its fingers are 8.4 meters long. It has a total length of 28 meters from knee to instep and a foot width of 8.5 meters. If a person stands next to others, each foot can stand 100 people! Leshan Giant Buddha has 102 1 knots on its head. How's it going? Awesome!

According to legend, Leshan Giant Buddha was built by a monk named Haitong. At that time, the Minjiang River was surging and passers-by were often drowned. The monk Haitong couldn't bear to watch it, so he raised huge sums of money to build Leshan Giant Buddha, hoping it could resist the surging river. At that time, a rich man wanted to get this huge sum of money. The monk Haitong said to the rich man, "I would rather gouge out my eyes than give you this money." When he saw that the rich man didn't believe him, he gouged out his eyes with his hands. The rich man was scared out of his wits when he saw it, and then he gave up his idea. Later, Haitong called on many people to build Leshan Giant Buddha. At that time, there were no modern tools such as excavators and forklifts, and it took 90 years to build them successfully.

Ok, that's all for today's introduction. I hope my introduction will leave a deep impression on everyone. Thank you for coming. Leshan Giant Buddha is the crystallization of the wisdom of our working people. I hope you can introduce this spectacular scene to more friends. Thank you!
