Guide words of the Forbidden City in Beijing (about 100 words)

Hello, fellow tourists: Today we visited the world-famous Forbidden City in Beijing.

The Forbidden City in Beijing is the imperial palace of China in Ming and Qing Dynasties, formerly known as the Forbidden City. It is located in the center of Beijing's central axis and is the essence of ancient court architecture in China.

There are always four gates in the Forbidden City, namely the Meridian Gate in the south, the Shenwu Gate in the north, the Donghua Gate in the east and the Xihua Gate in the west.

The place where we are now is the Hall of Supreme Harmony. It is the first of the three halls in the Forbidden City, built on a five-meter-high white marble pedestal. The temple is 36 meters high and 63 meters wide, covering an area of 2,380 square meters. In the center of the main hall, the two-meter-high platform is the throne of the golden Qi Diao Dragon. Celebrations such as the emperor's arrival, birthday, Spring Festival and winter solstice were held here.

Keep walking, and you will reach the Hall of Harmony. Before the emperor has something to do, he will rest here and accept the worship of his ministers.

At the last stop, we came to Baohe Hall, which is also one of the three main halls. On the annual New Year's Eve and Lantern Festival in the Qing Dynasty, banquets were held to entertain royal relatives and ministers.

Today's trip is over, thank you.
