According to the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of Wenzhou Municipal People's Government on Forwarding the Opinions of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission on the Preparation of Wenzhou's Twelfth Five-Year Plan, our bureau started the preparation of Wenzhou's Twelfth Five-Year Tourism Development Plan on August 20 10. The plan was jointly compiled by the Tourism Planning Institute of Zhejiang Gongshang University and the Economic Construction Planning Institute of Wenzhou, which lasted more than one year and was submitted for finalization in September, 201/kloc-0. The whole compilation process was carried out in strict accordance with the national standard "General Principles of Tourism Planning" and related regulations, and went through the procedures of soliciting opinions from the expert group and relevant departments, preliminary examination, consultation and deliberation, and auditing.

The "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" of Wenzhou tourism development is an organic part of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" system in Wenzhou. Accelerating the development of tourism is of great significance to building a "three-student integration and happy Wenzhou" and promoting the transformation and upgrading of urban industries.
