Ili Silk Road Vocational and Technical College began to register in August. Yili Silk Road Vocational College (preparatory course) was formally established on June 30th, 20th19th. It is a public secondary vocational school with strong teachers, beautiful environment, complete facilities and first-class school performance. There are four secondary colleges and an information engineering department, namely, the School of Health and Wellness, the School of Finance and Business, the School of Modern Engineering Education and the School of Tourism Management.

The college is divided into two campuses, the east campus is located in Yili Vocational Education Park, Xuefu Street, Yining City, and the west campus is located in the former technician college campus at Airport Road 172, with a total area of 1245.7 mu and a total construction area of 382,000 square meters.
