I plan to go hiking and camping in Siguniang Mountain in mid-to-late June. I don’t know what kind of sleeping bag I will need to bring at that time. Is a 1.5Kg spring and autumn sleeping bag enough?

Siguniang Mountain mainly refers to the three ditches in Siguniang Mountain: Changping Valley, Shuangqiao Valley and Haizigou.

A sleeping bag is fine in spring and autumn. The main reason is that the temperature difference between day and night is large, so bring warm clothes. There are places to eat in Shuangqiaogou and Haizigou in Siguniang Mountain, but the price is a bit expensive. Shuangqiaogou only has meat skewers and grilled vegetables, while Haizigou sells noodles and hot water. Boiled noodles and instant noodles cost 15 yuan, but you can bring your own instant noodles and hot water for 3 yuan. Bring extra food and water.
