Kumbum Monastery

Ta 'er Temple is located in lushaer town, Huangzhong County, 25 kilometers southwest of Xining City. Founded in the thirty-ninth year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty, it is one of the six famous Lama temples in China and the birthplace of Zong Kaba, the founder of Yellow Sect. Qinghai Lake

The source of the Yangtze river

The source of the Yangtze River is Tuotuo River. Tuotuo River, also known as Toto River, originated from Jianggendi Glacier in the southwest of Gladin, the main peak of Tanggula, and the end of the glacier is nearly 5500 meters above sea level. There are huge snow mountains here. There are 20 snow peaks above 6000 meters above sea level, and the permanent snow line is as high as 5800 meters. There are 40 modern glaciers and many ice buckets on the peak.

Longyangxia

Located in the upper reaches of the Yellow River in Hexian County, Qinghai Province, it is the first canyon where the Yellow River flows through the Qinghai prairie and enters the Yellow River Canyon. The canyon is only 30 meters wide, and the hard granite wall is nearly 200 meters high, which is a treasure trove for dam building. It is 0/684km away from the birthplace of the Yellow River/KLOC-and 3376km away from the Yellow River estuary. It is the first large-scale cascade power station in the upper reaches of the Yellow River, and is called the "leading" power station of the Yellow River.

Chaerhan salt lake

Chaerhan Salt Lake is the largest salt lake in Qaidam Basin, and it is also the largest salt lake in China and even the world, and is known as the king of salt lakes. Located in Golmud City and dulan county, with an altitude of 2,650 meters, it is the lowest point in the Qaidam Basin. Most of the salt lakes are covered by salt shells, and there is a salt layer under the hard salt shell, in which intergranular brine is distributed. Wutumeiren River, Zaohuo River, Nuomuhong River, East-West Qaidam River and Sulingole River, which flowed from the southern edge of the salt lake, finally left nine brine lakes of different sizes at the lowest part of the salt lake.

Kunlun Mountains

Kunlun Mountain is a mountain system in Central Asia and the backbone of the mountain system in western China.
