1. Detailed introduction

This is a non-immigrant visa issued to various foreign nationals who come to the United States to participate in the "Exchange Visitor Program" approved by the U.S. Department of State. The purpose is to provide Opportunities for educational and cultural exchanges between the United States and other countries to enhance mutual understanding, promote international cooperation, and develop friendly relations between countries.

II. Classification

(1) Trainee visa: Those who come to the United States to participate in training in order to improve their professional and non-professional skills or enhance their understanding of American advanced technology; Go to the United States to participate in training to better understand American culture and society, or to promote the United States’ understanding of other countries’ cultures through exchanges with relevant American people.

(2) Physician visa: Foreign medical graduates are allowed to go to the United States to participate in postgraduate medical studies or internships, or to engage in activities such as inspections, exchange of opinions, teaching and research in the United States.
