Introduction to Pai Town
There are 15 villages under its jurisdiction, namely Zhibai Village, Jala Village, Yusong Village, Tunbai Village, Danai Village, Nidin Village, Dalin Village, Pai Village, Jiangluo Village, Duoxiong Village Village, Suosong Village, Xueka Village, Gega Village, Molang Village and Duoxiong Village. Pai Town is a tourist transit point. You must pass through Pai Town when traveling to Tibet. In 2007, the first phase of the Brahmaputra Grand Canyon tourist area project started in Pai Town. This is a major measure taken by Tibet Tourism Co., Ltd., the only listed company in Tibet with tourism as its main business, to actively implement the spirit of the Autonomous Region Tourism Industry Development Conference.
For many years, Pai Town has been a transit place for Medog people to purchase and transport daily necessities, so it is also called a transfer station.
