"Three bases" refer to the three yacht bases of Tielu Port, Xiaoqi Port and Yazhou Central Port. The planned capacity is 1000 berths. Yacht dock area of central fishing port: the function is positioned as public yacht dock and public transportation dock. The planned capacity is 500 berths. Xiaoqigang Yacht Wharf Area: The function is positioned as a private yacht wharf, a public transport wharf (to and from East and West Islands, sea sightseeing, inland river sightseeing, entering and leaving Luneng New Town water system) and some private residential berths.
