3. Control the ropeway ticket sales. The Beifeng Sante Cableway is restricted to 8,000 people (times) every day, and only one-way ropeway tickets are allowed to be sold during the restricted period; The number of people riding the rope in the West Taihua ropeway shall be controlled within 10000 people (times) every day.
