Light, medium and heavy trucks, tourist passenger vehicles and non-commercial passenger vehicles with more than 9 seats are used for 10 years. If the equipment is required to continue to be used after reaching the scrapping standard, it shall be handled according to the approval process, but the service life may be extended for a maximum of 10 years. Tourist passenger vehicles whose scrapping has been postponed shall be inspected four times a year; non-commercial passenger cars with more than 9 seats whose scrapping has been postponed shall be inspected twice a year; if they are more than 15 years old, they shall be inspected four times a year starting from the 16th year.
