Taishan Scenic Area is located in Taishan District, Tai 'an City. Mount Tai has been one of the famous peaks in China since ancient times, and has the reputation of being the first of the five mountains. Taishan Scenic Area is famous for its majestic, steep and towering peaks. It is also beautiful to watch the sunrise and sunset at the top of the mountain. Clouds often appear on the mountains, and there are rime wonders in winter, which is very beautiful. In addition to natural scenery, there are many historical sites, stone carvings, religious temples and other cultural landscapes on the mountain.
In spring, you can see peach blossoms and pear blossoms in the mountains. In summer, the top of the mountain is green. Because of the cool weather, it is still a famous summer resort. In autumn, the leaves all over the mountain are dyed into red and yellow layers of forest, which is very beautiful.
2. Mountaineering route
Mount Tai is a large scenic spot with a depth of several tens of kilometers. There are several hiking routes, including expressway and ropeway, which can be combined with hiking, sightseeing bus and ropeway. There are four entrances to Taishan Scenic Area, namely Hong Men, Tianwai Village, Tianzhu Peak and Taohuayu. Each entrance has a route to the Daiding tourist area at the top of the mountain. Hongmen and Tianwai Village are located in Qianshan. Generally, the regular tour route is to go up the mountain in Hong Men or Tianwai Village, and then go down the mountain from other routes on the same day or the next day. In order not to go back, most tourists will go down the mountain from Taohuayu. Tianzhu Peak is mostly an outdoor backpacker route because of its long and dangerous journey.
The hiking trail at the entrance of Hong Men was opened by Qin Shihuang during meditation. This route is mainly a stone step road, which needs to go from Hong Men to Zhongtianmen and pass through Wanxianlou, Doumu Palace, Sihuashu, Huimaling, Hu Tiange and other scenic spots. It is also the area where many stone carvings are concentrated on Mount Tai. When you arrive at Zhongtianmen, you can choose to take a cable car or walk to Nantianmen and the peak area. You can see 18 scenic spots, Sage Square, Dui Songshan Mountain, Chaoyang Cave, Five Blessingg Pine and so on.
The tour route of Tianwai Village is a highway from Tianwai Village to Zhongtianmen. You can go by bus, passing through Black Dragon Pool, Pan Asia, Feng Yuxiang's Tomb and other scenic spots. When we arrive at Zhongtianmen, the route is the same as the second half of the Red Gate route. Tourists who don't want to walk or climb mountains can choose this route.
The candle peak route is a steep hiking route on Mount Tai, with few tourists. It is a place where outdoor enthusiasts often hike, and it takes about half a day to climb the mountain. This route has beautiful mountains and rivers, carp backs and other scenic spots, and the starting point is the performance of "Chinese Taishan Zen Ceremony".
Taohuayu route is the choice of many tourists when they go down the mountain. There is a cableway from Tianjie at the top of the mountain to Taohuayuan halfway up the mountain, and there is a bus from the starting point of the cableway to Taohuayuan at the foot of the mountain. The main scenery of this route is Taohuayu Caishixi Scenic Area. Surprisingly, there are colored lines on the stone. Those who are interested can go and have a look.
These four routes lead to the Daiding tourist area at the top of the mountain. On the top of Mount Tai, there is the Jade Emperor Peak, the main peak of Mount Tai, and there is a magical Tianjie scenic spot on the street. There are also many scenic spots, such as Sun Guanfeng, Moon Peak, Daguan Peak, Zhan Lu Terrace, Bi Xia Temple and Confucius Temple. You can walk slowly and visit. You can overlook the Yellow River from the top of the mountain and enjoy the wonders of the golden belt of the Yellow River. You can also go to Houshiwu scenic spot in Houshan, where there is a cableway from Houshiwu to Beitianmen.
Step 3 Climb Mount Tai at night
Many tourists who watch the sunrise will choose to climb Mount Tai at night, and it is advisable to leave around eleven o'clock in the evening. Climbing Mount Tai at night usually takes the route of Hongmen. There will be many people on this road at night, and there will be lights all the way. Just before sunrise in the morning, you can reach the sunny terrace or Jade Emperor Peak at the top of the mountain. It is more appropriate to watch the sunrise here.
