What do you need to bring when you travel to Tibet?

I went to Tibet in 214. I think most people will consider the biggest problem of the high rebellion when they go to Tibet, but apart from this problem, if you go in different seasons, the weather there should be far from the weather in your hometown, so you should be more particular about preparing things.

From my experience, I want to make a list of things that Tibet needs to bring:

1. Drugs: headache medicine is necessary, because everyone will have altitude sickness when they arrive in Tibet, and headache is one of the most obvious symptoms, so if you want to relieve it, you can take this medicine, and with good rest and gradual adaptation, altitude sickness can be well relieved; Rhodiola is an essential medicine for altitude sickness. You can also take it in advance about half a month before going to Tibet, so that your body can better adapt to the altitude. Glucose can be used for you. If you have no appetite after altitude sickness during the trip, you can drink some glucose to replenish your energy, mainly by buying any oral liquid. Other common colds, stomachs, or your daily medicines are also best taken with you in case of emergency.

When you arrive in Tibet, the altitude in different places is different, and altitude sickness may occur according to different human physique. At that time, when I first arrived in Lhasa, I didn't have high reflexes, but when I arrived in Namco and Everest, because the altitudes of those two places were around 47-51, I had high reflexes. At that time, the symptoms such as headache and dyspnea were obvious, so I ate the above prepared items and got relief. If it is serious, it is recommended to take oxygen!

documents: you must carry your ID card with you, because there will be checkpoints on the roads in Tibet at some distance, and all passing vehicles need to get speed limit cards, so when you are at the checkpoints, you will occasionally check the identity of the people on board, so you need to show your ID card at this time.

In addition, border cards are required for Xigaze, Linzhi and Shannan areas in Tibet, so I suggest you apply for them at the place where your ID card is registered. The specific procedures may be slightly different in different places. At that time, I first applied for the certificate of no crime at the local neighborhood committee, the certificate of police officers in the street office, and issued the final certificate of no crime at the Ministry of Public Security. Finally, I will prepare photos and the above certificates to apply for border cards at the city entry and exit.

2. skin care: sunscreen is necessary for Tibet's extremely strong ultraviolet rays; Moisturizer: Because Tibet is particularly dry, I went there in June and I still feel particularly dry.

3. Routine things necessary for travel: sunglasses, masks, scarves, thermos bottles, clothes, etc. You can prepare them according to your own needs! The temperature difference between day and night in Tibet is still relatively large. Even if you go in summer, I think you should prepare some long-sleeved clothes. Because at that time, we were in the first base camp of Everest in June, and we were snowed, the temperature was below zero, and down jackets were put on!
