I remember that our shoe factory used to use Green Leopard resin glue (a colorless, transparent, thick resin glue). You can check whether it is sold nearby or online.

By the way, be sure to note: 502 must not be used to glue shoes. It will not only make the shoes hard and crack; once used, the shoes will be scrapped, no matter how good the resin glue is used in the future. It has no effect.
