Is Infinitus a pyramid scheme?

According to Article 7 of Order No.444, search the original text by yourself, and then judge for yourself!

According to China's judicial interpretation, MLM has the following characteristics:

(1) There is a desperate behavior of going offline.

(2) Wages are paid according to the number of off-line employees. Now, these companies will generally distribute them in the form of year-end awards, commodity awards, tourism awards and group awards. Essentially the same.

(3) You can join the salesman team by paying the entry fee or buying a set of products. Now almost no one dares to directly earn the entry fee.

(4) The offline sales price difference should be partially included in the online profit, and the real direct seller's profit can only come from the price difference of his own sales. One more offline, his own profit will be reduced, so a real direct seller can never desperately offline.

⑤ MLM people will praise their cheating process as a noble cause. It is often boasted as the future development direction, the undertaker of health undertakings, and so on. In any case, without their products, China people will be boasted as the sick man of East Asia. Of course, it is repeatedly brainwashed through a large number of training sessions and group tours. MLM must have such a brainwashing process. Direct sellers never brag about their sales performance. In fact, one of the above characteristics can be identified as pyramid schemes!

To judge whether to carry out pyramid selling, you can't judge by any of the following:

First, it cannot be judged by whether there is a direct selling license.

Second, it can't be judged by actual products.

Third, don't judge the quality of products.
