1. Position Quota and Conditions

(1) Recruitment personnel should meet the following conditions:
1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China and enjoy the basic political rights of citizens;

3. Be physically and mentally healthy, and have the physical conditions to perform normal job duties;

(2) Those who have any of the following circumstances will not be allowed to apply or be not recruited:

2. Being investigated for suspected violations of discipline and law;
3. Having been dismissed from public office or having been criminally punished for a crime;

II. Talent Introduction Procedure
(1) Registration. Registration time: January 11 to January 16, 2022, ***5 days (8:30-12:00 am, 14:30-18:00 pm every day).

This public introduction of urgently needed talents will be carried out through on-site registration or online registration. Applicants must fill out the "Registration Form for Sunan County's Open Recruitment of Urgently Recruited Talents" (Attachment 2) and submit the following materials (candidates who register online should scan the original relevant materials into PDF format in accordance with the recruitment conditions, and enter "name + contact information" Name the file and send it to the designated email address):
1. Three recent 2-inch front-facing ID photos (blue background);
2. Original and copy of graduation certificate;< /p>
3. Unemployed college graduates who have signed a contract with an employment unit but have terminated the contract must submit the original and copy of the "Letter of Termination" or "Agreement on Termination of Labor Contract" issued by the original contracting unit (with personnel file management authority)
4. Original and copy of Xuexin.com academic qualification verification report;
5. Original and copy of valid resident ID card;

(2) Qualification review. The county Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Culture and Tourism Bureau will review the relevant information of the applicants on site. Mainly review and confirm the academic qualifications, majors, qualifications and professional experience of the applicants. In principle, the number of people for introduced talent positions and the number of applicants should not be less than 1:3. If the ratio is not reached, the ratio can be relaxed to 1:2 with the approval of the county public recruitment leading group. After the relaxation, the ratio still cannot be reduced or cancelled. (3) Interview. The interview content consists of four parts: image presentation (self-introduction and professional knowledge questions and answers), basic skills display, work performance, and impromptu performance. The examiner team will quantitatively score on-site in accordance with the "Grading Standards". The full interview score is 100 points. Applicants whose interview scores are lower than 85 points cannot be determined as candidates for employment. The interview time and location will be notified later.
(4) Inspection. After the candidates to be introduced are determined, the county Cultural Tourism Bureau and the employer will organize and implement the inspection work. Establish an inspection team consisting of more than 2 staff members. The methods of reviewing the files of the inspected candidates, individual conversations, and interviews with the candidates are mainly used to examine the political quality, moral character, school (unit) performance, professional ability, and work performance of the candidates. If a position becomes vacant after failing the inspection, the position will be filled in equal amounts in descending order of the total score of the position.
(5) Physical examination. The County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau organizes physical examinations for qualified personnel. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "Notice on Revising the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" and the Physical Examination Operation Manual for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140), and the physical examination expenses will be borne by oneself. A re-examination will be carried out when necessary. The conclusion of the physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination. The re-examination will only be conducted once.
3. Public announcement and employment
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection will be identified as the candidates to be hired, and they will be announced to the public in relevant media for 5 working days. If there is no objection to the announcement or the employment will not be affected, the employment documents will be issued, the employment procedures will be completed, and the application will be reported to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for filing.
A one-year probationary period will be implemented for the hired personnel.
If the employee passes the assessment after the probation period, the employer shall sign an employment contract with the employee in accordance with the post management regulations of the public institution, and enjoy the wages, benefits and other benefits of similar personnel in the unit; if the employee fails the assessment after the probation period, the employer shall report the employee to the employer. Dismissal will be granted upon approval by the competent authority.
IV. Other Matters
(1) The introduction of urgently needed talents shall be carried out under the unified guidance of the public recruitment leading group of county public institutions. The entire work process is subject to the supervision of the Discipline Inspection Commission, the news media and all sectors of society.
(2) The introduction of urgently needed talents shall strictly comply with the central and provincial, municipal, and county normalized epidemic prevention and control work requirements, and work shall be carried out in compliance with the relevant systems and regulations for epidemic prevention and control. During the registration period, people entering the registration point must wear masks, have their body temperature taken, and scan the health code. Those who do not wear masks, have a body temperature exceeding 37.3°C, and fail to pass the health code are not allowed to enter the registration point. On the day of the test, you should take appropriate travel methods to the test center and arrive at the test center at least 60 minutes in advance. Enter the test center with the green "Health Code" and actively cooperate with the staff to take the temperature test.
(3) Anyone who commits fraud will be immediately disqualified and dealt with in accordance with the "Regulations on the Handling of Violations of Disciplines and Violations in Public Recruitment by Public Institutions" upon verification.
