After various rehabilitation efforts failed, he found a gym run by a physical therapist and returned to the court. This gym, whose main business is sports rehabilitation, may be my last hope. Many of my running friends have never been able to recover from their injuries, whether they go to famous rehabilitation doctors on the Internet or famous physical therapy centers. People in the industry know that Taiwan’s orthopedic surgery technology is basically as good as any other country in the world. . There is really nothing to say about Taiwan's surgical technology, but for post-operative rehabilitation, doctors have not mentioned it, and it is very difficult to find resources. This means that we have good surgical treatment, but there is no way to allow most amateur athletes to return to their original sports fields. There is still a very big gap in the postoperative rehabilitation of athletes. I started receiving sports rehabilitation treatment at the beginning of August. I discussed with the physical therapist that it usually takes 3 months before I can start running exercises. However, I got stuck in the Berlin Horse in the middle. I had to go no matter what. Anyway, I just had to walk back in the end. Just the end. The evaluation before treatment found that my physical fitness was very poor overall even if the injury factor was deducted (flexibility was one of the items. I was a runner who entered EXPO not long after it opened on the first day. It took more than 20 minutes to put on my runner’s bracelet on the tarmac and collect supplies, and I didn’t visit any stalls along the way. The place where you get the bib number is also very confusing. There is no code to tell the runners where you need to line up to receive the supplies. Finally I figured it out and he printed it out on the spot. Then because I chose to criticize after the game, after putting the chip in my hand, I was not given any bag to put things in. I had very important things in my hand, but there was no bag to put things in, WTF. What's even more ridiculous is that generally well-run competitions usually just give you the entire bag of supplies. In Berlin, you need to book in advance whether you want a finisher T-shirt, but it will not be given to you at the place where you pick up the bib number. You have to pick it up somewhere else. However, Berlin Horse has two stalls where you can pick up pre-orders, one at the airport entrance and one on the tarmac. However, the items you pick up are different. It takes about 20 minutes to walk, and there is no one to guide you where to pick up the items. . After I went to inquire, I was told by the staff that this was not the place. No marathon is easy. People who have run marathons will more or less agree with this. The finishing time was more than 3 hours. Due to injury, I have not practiced running since May. The race isn’t about math, it really hits the wall starting at 25 kilometers and turns into a run-and-go strategy. At this time, I started to see stations on the side of the road to help runners, and there were quite a few of them. I really wanted to click on them. After 25 kilometers, in addition to hitting the wall, spectators on the roadside began to shout that the record was broken. At this time, I didn’t know who broke the record, but I could probably guess. The person who arrived was Eliud Kipchoge, and it was later confirmed that it was him. The next day, many people rushed to buy newspapers for collection. It was not easy to push the record forward in such relatively hot weather. If the weather was more suitable for horse racing, I wonder how much faster it could be? But there are no assumptions in life. Then I gradually entered a state of amnesia. I only remember that the proportion of walking was getting higher and higher, and I was getting hungrier and hungrier (I didn’t eat lunch). I hadn’t eaten solid food on the track for a long time, so I had no choice but to eat bananas. . The finish line seemed farther and farther away, and finishing the race in 6 hours seemed increasingly impossible. In the last 1 kilometer, when everyone started running, I could only walk to the finish line. No matter how painful it was, I finally finished the 5th race with six major horses and only Boma was left. Afterwards, I was sore for more than a week. Four months ago in the London Marathon, I could still finish in the top 20%. Four months later, I returned to the finish line in seventh place in Taiwan.
