However, most of northern Europe still belongs to temperate continental climate, while Iceland and northern Norway belong to frigid climate. Summer is shorter and winter is longer here. Generally speaking (especially in residential areas), the climate is not as bad as expected.

The average summer temperature in most cities in northern Europe is 15℃-20℃, which is very comfortable. In winter, the temperature is only about a few degrees below zero, which is much better than Siberia's forever MINUS 40 degrees. However, in a country like Iceland, which is located on the edge of the Arctic Circle, the temperature is not very low because of the influence of the North Atlantic warm current. As for the deviation, it's because it's too north. But most of us still like to travel to some lively places, and the charm of northern Europe has declined slightly. Some passengers said that the feeling of being abandoned was unbearable and felt too lonely and cold.

In addition, due to the small population and the average level of public transportation in some ethnic minority areas, it is not convenient to drive by car. Big cities are ok, but there are few public transport services like Iceland and Norway.

If you are staying in a three-star hotel, it usually costs six or seven hundred. In northern Europe, it is not cheap to eat. Everyone can just eat a few hundred yuan for a meal, and a formal meal costs two or three hundred yuan, which is too cruel for foodies. If you want to save money, you can only cook by yourself, but it's probably too much trouble.

However, although it is expensive, the scenery in northern Europe is really worth seeing, especially the aurora, which feels the most attractive. In recent years, the number of tourists visiting northern Europe from China has gradually increased, and the business cards in northern Europe have also gone further and further.
