Articles of Association of Beijing Tourism Industry Association Article 1 The name of this association is Beijing Tourism Industry Association.

Article 2 This Association is jointly established by enterprises and institutions engaged in tourism business in Beijing and experts, scholars and social celebrities who are enthusiastic about tourism. It is a social organization legal person approved and registered by the Beijing social organization management department.

Article 3 Purpose: According to the needs of Beijing's tourism development and the general requirements of establishing a socialist market economy, we should extensively contact and closely unite with enterprises and institutions engaged in tourism business in Beijing and friends from all walks of life who care about and support tourism, actively safeguard the interests of tourism operators and the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese and foreign tourists, and make contributions to the prosperity and development of Beijing's tourism industry.

Article 4 The Association shall carry out various activities in accordance with the national constitution, laws and policies, safeguard the fundamental interests of the country and promote economic development and social progress.

Article 5 This Association shall accept the leadership of the competent department of business and the supervision, inspection and management of the administrative organs of social organizations.

Article 6 Adhere to the principle of democratic centralism, follow the articles of association approved and registered, take the road of democracy, self-discipline and self-development, and build this Association into a socialist social group with China characteristics.

Article 7 The registered amount is RMB 65,438+500,000. Article 8 Basic tasks

1. Carry out the principles and policies of the state and Beijing Municipality on developing tourism, and do a good job in coordination and service between government departments and enterprises.

2. Systematically investigate, collect, study and sort out information and materials about tourism at home and abroad, do a good job in forecasting the market development trend, and provide consulting services to the competent departments and members of the tourism industry in a timely manner.

3. On the basis of equal consultation and coordination, study and solve related problems involving the whole industry; Standardize the corporate behavior of member units and protect the legitimate interests of enterprises; Help member units become self-disciplined and self-developed economic subjects in the market economy.

4. Maintain the legitimate rights and interests and industry reputation of member units, reflect various requirements, opinions and suggestions to relevant government departments on behalf of members, undertake matters authorized or entrusted by relevant government departments, and play the role of bridge and link between tourism administrative departments and members.

5. Publicize the relevant principles and policies of the Party and the government, and educate members to abide by the law. The journals of Beijing Tourism Industry Association, Beijing Tourism News and Tourism, were first published.

6. Be responsible for the leadership of Beijing Tourism Industry Branch, strengthen the unity among members and coordinate the relations among members.

7. Unite the city's tourism enterprises, strengthen the overall awareness and unity of Beijing's tourism industry, and safeguard the interests and reputation of the industry.

8. Carry out extensive exchanges and cooperation with relevant countries and international tourism organizations to promote the development of Beijing's tourism industry and expand its influence.

Article 9 The implementation of basic tasks shall be put forward by the councils according to the actual situation, and short-term and medium-term work plans shall be formulated and actively organized for implementation. Article 10 The absorption unit of an association is a group member, and individuals are individual members. In order to promote the development of tourism in Beijing and get more attention and support from all walks of life, we will hire people from all walks of life who have made outstanding contributions to the development of tourism in China and Beijing as invited members or develop into individual members (including staff of tourism enterprises and institutions, relevant experts and scholars, social celebrities, overseas Chinese, compatriots in Hong Kong and Macao, compatriots in Taiwan Province Province and foreign managers). I. Group members

Third, the procedures for attending and exiting the meeting.

Eligible units or individuals shall submit a written application to join the association, and can become a full member only after being approved by the executive Council of the association, and send a copy of the articles of association to the membership card and the association.

A member who voluntarily withdraws from the meeting shall submit a written application, which shall be discussed and approved by the Standing Council, withdraw his membership card and terminate his membership.

Involuntary withdrawal shall be discussed and decided by the Standing Council, and the cancellation of membership shall be announced in an appropriate manner.

Members shall not lodge property claims when they leave the meeting.

Article 1 1 Rights and obligations of members

9. Other rights stipulated in the articles of association.

Second, member obligations.

1. Implement the Articles of Association of this Association; To implement the resolutions of this Council;

3. Maintain our reputation;

6. Other obligations in line with the articles of association.

Pay the membership fee from April to June every year. Article 12 The members' representatives, directors, executive directors and other leaders of this Association embody the principle of democratic centralism and are elected by members through full deliberation and consultation.

Thirteenth members' congress is the highest authority of this association, and its main responsibilities are:

1. Formulate and modify the Articles of Association;

2. Elect the board of directors and the board of supervisors;

4. Review the work reports of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors;

The meeting attended by more than half of the members of the General Assembly is valid, and the matters voted by more than half of the members present at the meeting are valid resolutions.

Article 14 Council

The directors of the first Council were elected by the sponsors after full deliberation and consultation, and were elected by voting from the second session.

The Council is the executive body of the member congress when it is not in session, and it is responsible to the member congress. The term of office is three years and can be re-elected. The Council shall have a chairman, several vice-chairmen, one secretary-general and several directors.

Article 17 The Board of Supervisors

The board of supervisors consists of five members, elected by the general meeting of members and responsible to the general meeting of members. Its main responsibilities are:

Article 19 Beijing Tourism Industry Association has hotels, travel agencies, restaurants, businesses, scenic spots and other branches. The organization form of each branch refers to the organization form of Beijing Tourism Industry Association, and each branch elects 1 person (2 persons can be elected by some industries) as the vice president of Beijing Tourism Industry Association. Each branch is responsible for the development of members in this industry and the development of various work.

Each branch can set up a professional branch according to the characteristics of each major in the industry. The activities of the branch should obey the leadership of the branch, and major issues and activities should be asked and reported to the branch in time. The club implements individual membership system, and members of the club enjoy membership rights and fulfill membership obligations. Article 20 The assets of the Association are * * * property. No matter how they are acquired, they can only be used to promote various undertakings conducive to the realization of the objectives of the Association, and may not be paid or transferred directly or indirectly to members of the Association in the form of profits and dividends. (Except wages paid to employees, service remuneration paid to members and rent paid to leasing members). The assets of the association shall be managed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the administrative organs of the association and the articles of association of the association, and no unit or individual may occupy them.

Article 21 Sources and main uses of funds

Article 22 Strictly implement the national accounting laws and regulations, establish and improve the financial system, prepare the annual budget and final accounts, regularly report the financial revenue and expenditure to the members' congress, and accept the audit and supervision of members, the board of supervisors and relevant departments.

Twenty-third 70% of the income from the development of community economy is used to develop the cause that conforms to the purpose of this association; 30% is used for the daily management of this association. Business expenses and management fees are set separately. Twenty-fourth change procedures

1. In case of major changes in the articles of association, name, legal representative and competent business department, the board of directors shall submit a report on the changes to the members' congress for adoption.

2. General changes involving other registered contents of the registration certificate shall be considered and decided by the board of directors.

Three, report to the original business department and the administrative department of social organizations, and go through the formalities of change registration according to law.

Article 25 Termination procedure

First, the Standing Council put forward a termination report and submitted it to the member congress for adoption.

Three, report to the original business department and the administrative department of social organizations, and cancel the registration according to law.
