Baby Nutritional Risotto

Pumpkin, Cod and Cheese Risotto

Ingredients to prepare: pumpkin, cod, green vegetables, germ rice, baby cheese, grape seed oil.

1. Wash 30 grams of germ rice, add 50 ml of water, and press the cook button to simmer.

4. Add the cooked rice, stir-fry evenly and remove from the pot.

Preparation ingredients: spinach, pork, germ rice, eggs, grape seed oil.

1. Chop the pork, blanch the spinach and chop into pieces, and stir-fry the eggs.

2. Pour grape seed oil into the pot and stir-fry the minced meat until it changes color.

3. Add chopped eggs and chopped spinach and stir-fry evenly.

4. Add the cooked germ rice and stir-fry.

Shrimp and Vegetable Risotto

Ingredients to prepare: shrimp, carrots, corn, germ rice, grape seed oil, broccoli, green onions.
