Where is Kanas Lake? Where is Kanas Lake?
This picture shows most of the scenic spots in northern Xinjiang. If you have enough time, you can always step on every point. There's always something to surprise you. If not, the most beautiful scenery is on the road, isn't it?
Kanas Lake is a national 5A-level tourist attraction, and is known as the most beautiful lake in China. Kanas Lake has towering snow peaks, green splash-ink forests and beautiful lakes and mountains, and is known as "fairyland on earth and fairy garden".
Kanas is Mongolian, meaning "beautiful and mysterious lake". Kanas Lake is located in the north of Brinkin County, Altay Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Lake water comes from glacial meltwater and local precipitation in Kuitun and Youyi Peak areas. Lake elevation1374m, with an area of 45.732m.. The deepest elevation of the lake 1 18 1.5m, the lake depth 188.5m, and the water storage capacity is 5.38 billion cubic meters. It is the deepest moraine dammed lake in China, located in the deep mountains of Altay.
Kanas Lake, like Loch Ness in England, also has the legend of lake monsters. According to legend, a long time ago, Genghis Khan traveled westward through Kanas Lake and saw such a beautiful place. He decided to stay here for a while and let his troops have a rest. Genghis Khan drank the lake to quench his thirst and asked his generals what water it was.
A wise general replied, "This is Kanos (Mongolian means the water of Khan)." The soldiers said in unison, "This is Khan's water." Genghis Khan said, "Let's call this lake Kanas Lake."
So in the legend of Tuwa people, they are descendants of Genghis Khan. After Genghis Khan's death, his body sank into Kanas Lake, and Tuwa people, as Genghis Khan's personal soldiers, stayed in Kanas Lake to guard the mausoleum for generations.
The "Lake Monster" is a "Lake Sage" who protects Genghis Khan's undead from infringement. It is said that horses drinking water by the lake are often dragged into the lake by lake monsters, which adds a bit of mystery.
There are two hiking routes to Kanas. Look at the map.
One is from Baihaba Village to Na Ren Ranch, Shuanghu Lake and Baihu Lake, and then to the upper reaches of Kanas.
The second one is from Garden Valley to Black Lake, through Tuwa Village, to the lower reaches of Kanas, but it is very tiring. Generally, foreign tourists don't leave.
Secondly, take a bus from the west. First drive from Baihaba Village to Jiadengyu, where there is a shuttle bus to the visitor center. Thirdly, take a bus from the east, drive from Harmony to Gadengyu, and then take the shuttle bus to the tourist center to see the scenic spots such as Shenxian Bay and Wolong Bay.
But in these two ways, you can't drive into the scenic spot by yourself after you get to Garden Valley.
The Kanas scenic spot we usually talk about is actually a big concept, covering Gardenyu (actually a ticketing center), Kanas (Wolong Bay, Moon Bay, Fairy Bay, fish-watching platform, which is said to be the best place to see lake monsters, Kanas panorama), harmonious primitive village and Baihaba primitive village. Based on Jiadengyu Ticket Center, Harmony is in the northeast of Jiadengyu, Kanas and Baihaba are in the northwest of Jiadengyu. No matter which direction you take first, you must return to Jia Dengyu before you can take the other direction.
Baihaba Village and Harmony Village are really worth visiting. It is a tuwa village of ethnic minorities, and the wooden house is very distinctive.
First of all, Baihaba Village (Baihaba Scenic Area), known as the first village in the northwest and the first whistle in the northwest, is located in Tiereketi Township, Habahe County, Altay Prefecture, Xinjiang, on the border between China and Kazakhstan, only 1.5 km from East and West Rick, Kazakhstan, and is connected by national defense highways. From 755 to 79000, Baihaba Village was rated as one of the eight most beautiful towns in China. Tuwa people's unique national costumes, religious worship and customs are also favored by many people.
When you go to Baihaba village, you will meet this stone tablet, the Grand Canyon on the border between China and Kazakhstan, opposite Kazakhstan.
Entering Baihaba village is this kind of wooden house. Tuwa people are Mongolians and like to build houses with local materials, all of which are made of wood.
The village has gurgling streams, high forest coverage and good air quality.
The above is the scenery around the parking lot of Baihaba Village and the scenery on the road from the entrance of the village to Jiadengyu. There are few recreational activities in Baihaba village, mainly sightseeing, or inhaling oxygen, which is not the treatment in the city.
Secondly, Harmony Village, located on the Kanas Lake in Brin County, Xinjiang, is a concentrated residential area of Tuwa people. It is the farthest and largest of the three existing Tuwa villages (Harmony Village, Kanas Village and Baihaba Village), with a total area of 3,040 square kilometers.
The houses in Harmony Village are all made of logs, full of primitive flavor. The most striking thing about Harmonious Village is the unique natural and cultural landscape formed by log cabins and herds of cattle, snow peaks, forests, grasslands, blue sky and white clouds.
These huts have become the symbol of Tuwa people, and most of them are basically buried in the soil to resist the cold during the snow closure in the past six months. They are particularly primitive and have the traditional characteristics of nomadic people.
Generally, the roof is nailed into a canopy with wooden boards, and the house body is stacked with single-layer logs with a diameter of 30-40 cm, which is both warm and moisture-proof.
You can play rafting in Harmony Village. The Harmony River drifts for 9 kilometers, integrating "strangeness, precision, clearness and seclusion". Looking down from the observation deck, a jade belt flows in the deep valley with the sound image. You can live in Harmony Mountain Villa.
The villa is located in the valley at the east of Harmony Village 1 km in Harmony Scenic Area, surrounded by glaciers, snow-capped mountains, virgin forests and grassland flowers, and adjacent to Hemutuwa Village, one of the six most beautiful ancient town villages in China.
The hotel's facilities are all custom-made solid wood furniture with rich Tuva style, which is configured according to the standard of a four-star hotel, only 2 kilometers away from Harden observation deck.
Are these wooden houses distinctive, primitive and primitive?
Harmony Mountain Villa, Harmony Mountain Villa is very pleasant. Here, the eagle flies low and the clouds float across the window.
The hut has a big French window, and there are flowers and snow-capped mountains outside the window.
It's good to be in a daze.
Finally, the highlight-Kanas Lake.
On the way to Kanas Lake (from Harmony)
Hint 1: About accommodation
Kanas is divided into old villages and new villages. We live in an ancient village. The accommodation is poor, but the price is high. A dilapidated wooden house in the village costs 500 yuan to 600 yuan, and there is no heating.
Compared with Harmony Mountain Villa, it is a paradise and underground. So no matter which month you go to Xinjiang, please bring your down jacket! Of course, you can also live in Baihaba village, which is cheaper, depending on which direction you are going.
Tip 2: About eating
Before I checked the raiders, it was all exaggerated. Some suggest buying a box of instant noodles, while others suggest 5678 naan. But in fact, I think the consumption of Baihaba Village and Harmony Village is a bit high, so it is wise to bring some other food, because a large plate of chicken costs several hundred yuan.
Tip 3: Others
Kanas tickets 1. Kanas tickets 185 (press card,1children under 0.2m are free). Shuttle buses can be purchased separately 100 and 130. We live in a scenic spot, so we bought it. If you live in Jiadengyu, you'd better buy a two-in-one ticket. Kanas scenic spot is very big, and there is not enough time to play in one day.
2. The car entering the mountain doesn't stop halfway, but goes directly to the transfer center. When going down the mountain, stop at Shenxian Bay, Moon Bay and Wolong Bay in turn for tourists to take pictures.
If you want to take the plank road from Wolong Bay to Moon Bay, you can choose one stop and get off downhill, and then get off at the next stop. But note that the downhill bus is the last bus at 20:30, so don't miss it. Take the shuttle bus down the mountain to stay, as a scenic spot, you can't go back. Everyone should arrange his time reasonably.
3. When you get to the transfer center, you can transfer to the bus to Kanas Lake for free. The shuttle bus to the fish observation platform is 60. It is recommended to climb to the top when the physical strength of the fish-watching platform allows. And if you can get up in the morning and come here to watch the sunrise and morning fog, it will be unforgettable.
