Fully consider the adjustment and optimization of relevant supporting facilities; Give full play to the backbone role of rail transit and form a coordinated development system of public transport with "moderate competition and mutual supplement".
First, by reducing the competition lines between conventional bus and subway, increasing the connecting lines, and establishing a bus system with subway as the backbone and conventional bus as the supplement, the coordinated development of the two can be realized and passenger flow competition can be avoided. Second, by adjusting bus lines and bus stops, a zero transfer hub between subway and bus will be established to reduce the transfer time of residents and improve travel efficiency. The "Program" is hereby announced as follows:
East Coast Urban Adjustment Plan:
(1) Cancel four lines to reduce competition with the subway.
Cancelled: Tunnel 2, Tunnel 4, Tunnel 5, Tunnel 7.
Reserved: Tunnel 1, Tunnel 3, Tunnel 6, Tunnel 8 and Qingxi Expressway.

Tiantai Stadium-Lingshanwei Bus Hub Station, after passing through Jiaozhou Bay Tunnel along the original route, changed from Binhai Avenue to Binhai Avenue, Beifu Road, Shiyan Mountain Road and Funan Road.
Add station: Add "Nanbeitun" bus stop in two directions on Funan Road (3 1 parallel to Xi 'an Road).

Route direction: Starting from East Square of North Railway Station, along Cangnan Road, Anshun Road, Cangan Road and Liu Si Middle Road to Xing Huayuan Station, restoring the original route to Xinzheng Road Station of Tianhe Road, and along Tianhe Road, Nakagawaji Road, Xingyang Road and Fenggang Road to Tianhe Road Parking Station. On the return trip, take Fenggang Road and Tianhe Road to Xinzheng Road Station of Tianhe Road to recover.
Two-way stations are added: East Square of North Railway Station (parallel 23), Canghai Road (parallel 23), Canggan Road of Anshun Road (parallel 23), Canggan Road (parallel 23) and Tianhe Road Parking Lot (only parallel 9 19).

After the opening of the southern section of 1. Metro 1 Line, the capacity structure and operation scheme of other existing tunnel lines will be adjusted according to the actual passenger flow situation, and alternative lines with a large drop in passenger flow will be stopped one after another.

(3) Bus connection in key areas. By optimizing and adjusting bus routes, we will strengthen the connection between key areas such as China-Germany-Bridgehead, Liuhuapo-Shankeda, Laohuangdao and Xuejiadao tourist resort and subway 1 line.
(4) Adjustment of operation indexes such as departure interval and operation time. First, in order to meet the problem of insufficient transfer capacity between some rail stations and bus stations, the departure interval of some 7 lines during peak hours is adjusted to increase the departure frequency, and * * * needs to add 29 vehicles. Second, in order to strengthen the time connection between conventional bus and rail transit, 32 bus lines connected by main residential groups and school areas were selected, and the operation time of 1 line was adjusted to realize the seamless connection between them.
