From February 8th, 20021year, Australia will collect the fingerprints of Chinese visa applicants.
1. According to the relevant laws and regulations of China, the China Embassy and Consulate in Australia and the Australian China Visa Application Service Center will collect the fingerprints of Chinese visa applicants from February 8th, 20021.
Two, the following persons can be exempted from mining:
(1)1applicants under 4 years old or over 70 years old;
(2) Persons who hold diplomatic passports or meet the conditions for issuing diplomatic, official and courtesy visas in China;
(3) Applicants who hold the same passport to collect fingerprints at China embassies and consulates abroad or visa application centers and obtain visas within five years;
(4) Applicants whose fingers are all incomplete or unable to collect fingerprints.
3. The applicant must personally go to the Chinese visa application service center in the consular district to save the biological information. Forging or leaving others' fingerprints will cause the applicant to be refused entry into China, and the legal consequences arising therefrom will be borne by the applicant.
4. The China Embassy in Australia reminds visa applicants to fill in the form online (website:, please refer to the notice issued by our library in official website on July 28th, 2020) and make an appointment to submit visa materials.
All visa applicants should keep their fingerprints in person. Any false or incomplete fingerprints, or fingerprints that do not belong to them, are tantamount to defrauding visas, which will lead to the rejection of visa applications or the refusal to enter China, and all the consequences arising therefrom will be borne by the parties themselves.

3. Applicants must submit application materials and collect fingerprints to the embassy in accordance with the Notice on Full Implementation of Online Visa Application and Appointment in China (hereinafter referred to as the Notice) issued by the new embassy or consulate.
