Why don't most toilets in China have doors? When I talk to foreign friends, they always ask this question.

In ancient China, toilets were thatched huts with ventilation on all sides. The toilet near the fish pond can be said to be the first one to fall directly from the moon near the water tower. During the Cultural Revolution, the toilet entered the hall, and the middle of the toilet became a cesspit. In 1980s, toilets began to enter the Stone Age, abandoned the wooden thatch and started the journey of modernization. In the 1990 s, the toilet was magnificent and renamed the bathroom, set off by plants and fragrant with perfume.

However, this is only a microcosm of a city. In most campuses and tourist attractions, toilets in China have no doors. As I said before, there is no door, no toilet, no squat pit, only an empty cesspit in the middle, with cement pedals on both sides, and then separated into rooms. Usually there is a big pool in front of the first toilet for flushing. What's more, perhaps a bright mirror is installed on the opposite side of each toilet, which is specially designed for people to finish sorting out the instruments.

Over the years, everyone in China feels natural, nothing unusual, what you have and what I have, nothing to see. However, every visitor to China doesn't think so. They are embarrassed to go to the toilet, just because there is no door in the toilet of Chinese tourist attractions or shopping centers, and they are shy. I can't understand why China is developing so fast, but toilets are so backward and primitive. For this reason, I have explained our great motherland countless times in Thailand, and there is no reason to explain it. I don't know why, because it is normal in our life.

Thai students studying in China told me a joke. He said there was a man in the toilet, and the old man outside said, why don't you close the door? The man replied, my bird is singing. The old man said, be careful that the birds here fall in love with your birds! A lady happened to pass by and asked, Bird? What bird? Where is it? This lady is from the zoo management park. When she came over, they all blushed at the same time.

They all laughed, and I don't think it's funny at all. What does this mean? It shows that while vigorously building cities, China has not done a good job in improving its infrastructure, and only focuses on the present. After studying abroad, I didn't apply the advantages of others according to my own situation.

Let's talk about buses in Thailand. Buses in Thailand are not as popular as those in China. Most people own private cars. There are no real buses in many towns and villages. Only Bangkok has better air-conditioned buses. All that's left is their private bus fleet, fighting cars, CMB without air conditioning, going back and forth, stopping and driving. Their bus without air conditioning is like our toilet, which can't be closed. However, in order to attract passengers and facilitate access, they did not close the door. On the dusty road, the driver grabbed the steering wheel crazily, and the conductor stood by the door, performing dangerous stunts to attract passengers.

Passengers often wave to stop at nearby places, and the conductor hangs one leg in the air. After the passengers get off the bus, they pull the people who want to get on the bus. I just saw him on this side of the car. You get on the bus, and the next second he's running to the front of the car to collect money. The front and rear doors of the car are all open without exception, and the conductor runs very hard. I believe that he has the ability of scud. Passengers should also practice their skills, just sit still and stand still. After all, this is a crazy bus. In addition, you need patience when waiting for the bus. In suburban towns and villages, buses without air conditioning or with air conditioning need to wait for more than 30 minutes, the fastest is 20 minutes. You can't even put your toes in when the car is crowded. With luck, there will be an air-conditioned and seated bus in fifteen minutes. Moreover, there is never a broadcast to the station in the car, only the human alarm clock, sometimes it doesn't work, so you need to stay awake at all times.

Occasionally by car, women will enjoy priority treatment, which is unexpected in China.
