Shitan Village Travel Guide Huangshan Shitan Village Travel Guide

Shitan Village, Xiakeng Town, Shexian County, Huangshan City is a little-known characteristic ancient town, where a large number of Huizhou ancient buildings are preserved. It is a tourist attraction that tourists like to go on holiday very much, which attracts many tourists' attention and is worth exploring for many people.

There are not only mountains and water here, but also beautiful mountains and water. At the same time, there are cultural buildings with a long history and beautiful scenery, which is a real paradise.

And the land of southern Anhui, the ancient Huizhou area is the most essential place. What I want to tell you today is that Huizhou is a very suitable place to see the sea of clouds. This is the place where I have been the most in Huangshan Mountain.

It is also the most worthwhile place to develop in Huizhou in my mind. Although southern Anhui has a certain reputation, I still think it is the most underestimated place.

This is Shitan Village, Shitan, located in Xiakeng Town, Shexian County, Huangshan Mountain. Now Huangshan is a famous place to see the sea of clouds. The altitude here is not high, only more than 200 meters, but there are two big rivers at the foot of the mountain.

So even if it doesn't rain here, you can often see the sea of clouds. According to my local friends, there are almost 200 days in a year.

However, due to many reasons, such as poor publicity, most people who go to Shitan will only stay at the observation deck in Xia Ji and Hushanling, and even many local villagers are not very clear about the location of the sea of clouds because they don't know about photography and weather changes.

So this also led to the real stone pool being ignored by everyone. Fortunately, my friend Lao Wu from Shitan has been photographing the sea of clouds in Shitan every day for decades. Under his guidance, I have basically become familiar with the photographic attractions in Shitan.

In addition to seeing the sea of clouds, there are many ethnic minority villages in Shitan that are worth visiting by photographers (Shitan was once a township-level unit). Due to geological problems or inconvenient transportation, several uninhabited villages have been formed.

There are also many hollow villages and Huizhou folk houses with a certain history. These ancient villages are not only excellent places for ancient village photography, but also the best photography spots in Haiyun Village.

However, compared with the surrounding Muli Village and Poshan Village, the development of Shitan is not satisfactory. Although many local villagers who love their hometown, such as Lao Wu and others, have done a lot, the development of Shitan and two other villages is disappointing.

But to be honest, I prefer Shitan, not only because of the changeable sea of clouds and numerous observation points, but also because there are many ancient villages here, which is also the most typical representative of uninhabited ancient villages in southern Anhui.

During this period, there were more sea of clouds in Shitan, and the probability of a big sea of clouds was also greater. If you want to see the different sea of clouds and ancient villages in southern Anhui, come to Shitan. You won't be disappointed.
