How do you choose between work and travel?

Niu Ge thinks that work and travel are not completely opposite. You can't travel if you don't work, and you can't work if you travel. There is an adjustable degree between the two. We are standing in the middle of the scale. Grasping this degree, you can have your cake and eat it.

For work and travel, we can take a friend's experience in Niu Ge as an example and divide it into several paragraphs.

In his early days as an office worker, traveling was a luxury for him. Hugh's life seems stable, but it also brings a lot of uncertainty.

The unit where he works has annual leave, and the leader is more tolerant, but the attendance is not enough, which affects the bonus and there is not much problem with his attitude. Even so, it's hard to spend a holiday a year having fun. In addition, due to the pressure of work, he lived at home on the rest days in the early years.

Later, because of his outstanding performance and job transfer, he became a business traveler, and spent eight months out of twelve months a year, mainly in China, Shanxi, Hebei and Heilongjiang. Occasionally there is a list of Europe and Africa, and he needs to go abroad.

A person who has never traveled suddenly opened the door to a new world because he was exposed to different customs around the world through his work. Later, when he was on a business trip, he would take the initiative to enjoy the journey, finish the task ahead of schedule every time, and leave some time for himself to think alone. Because of his personal vision and in-depth understanding of customer needs, he not only enjoyed the journey, but also achieved success in the performance.

Having said that, Niu Ge just wants to express that work and travel are not contradictory, and may even be a complementary relationship.

Whether they are freelancers or teachers mentioned by friends before, or such people mentioned by Niu Ge, they all have one thing in common.

Work enriches the pocket, and travel arms the mind.
