A free park in Xiaoheishan Scenic Area is open to the public. Xiaoheishan Scenic Area, located in Shihe Street, Jinzhou District, Dalian, is a well-known scenic spot in the north of Jinzhou District, the birthplace of many rivers in Jinzhou District and an important water conservation protection area in Dalian. The rugged rocks, dense jungles, deep streams and light birds in Xiaoheishan constitute the unique landscape of Xiaoheishan.
