The second time I went to Linzhou Grand Canyon ... to visit Wangxiangshi, the soul of Taihang Mountain.

When I get up in the morning, it's still early for dinner. I went downstairs to play, only to find that there is a valley in front of where we live, opposite the cliff. Green plants are scattered on the cliff layer by layer, which is very spectacular. The mountains in the distance are continuous, with strange mountains and beautiful peaks.

First of all, climb Wangxiang Stone.

After breakfast, we went to Wangxiangshi Scenic Area by bus.

According to the tour guide, Wangxiang Rock is also called Lao Dao Rock and Baoquan Rock. Located 2 kilometers south of Shibanyan Town, Linzhou City. Here, the mountains are undulating, the peaks are different, the forests are deep and the valleys are quiet, and the waves are faint. It's really wonderful and beautiful. Wang Xiangshi, the "soul of Taihang Mountain", has streams in the east, cliffs in the west, and cliffs on the left and right sides, forming a closed valley, which is connected with the Suzaku Peak opened by rocks, which coincides with the ideal pattern of China ancient geomantic omen "Zuo Qinglong, Right White Tiger, Former Suzaku and Later Xuanwu", attracting celebrities from all previous dynasties to cultivate their morality and live in seclusion.

Wu Ding, King of Shang Dynasty, and Fu Shuo, Prime Minister from slavery, once lived here. Xia Fu, a famous person in the Eastern Han Dynasty, once took refuge and lived in seclusion here because of "the disaster of party occlusion". Zhao Ceng, a Taoist priest from Hebei Province in the Ming Dynasty, practiced here and lived in seclusion in the mountains. Xu, the right assistant minister arrested by the Ministry of War in the Qing Dynasty, once built a villa here to spend his old age. Therefore, Wang Xiangshi changed his name many times. It was called Baoquan Rock in ancient times, Wangxiang Rock in Shang Dynasty, Hermit Rock in Eastern Han Dynasty, Lao Dao Rock in Ming Dynasty and Summer Rock in Qing Dynasty.

Following the guide, we stood at the entrance of Wangxiang Stone and looked east. The first thing we saw was a beautiful and handsome mountain called Suzaku Peak. The red boulder on it was Suzaku Crown, just like a proud peacock. Looking back, the mountain peak on the left is like a blue dragon, with its head tilted and its eyes bright. The right side looks like a tiger with its head held high and roaring. Geographers call this place "Left Qinglong, Right White Tiger, Former Suzaku, Later Xuanwu".

Moving on, we came to the entrance of the swinging soul bridge.

According to reports, Danghun Bridge is an iron cable suspension bridge, which is simple and novel, with unique construction and unique design. The bridge is 50 meters long, 2 meters wide and 8 meters high, with 666 loose rafters on the deck. It's interesting to see the water on the mountains and bridges in the distance. Especially in the summer rainstorm, the water from Wangxiang Stone Waterfall poured down from the mountain stream, impacting the uneven rocks at the bottom of the river, splashing waves three or four meters high, and the sound of running water was deafening.

We crossed the ferocious bridgehead, supported the rope nets on both sides, and staggered all the way across the soul bridge.

Along the way, the scenery on both sides was beautiful, and people stopped to watch from time to time.

After about 1 hour, we came to the place called Huzui. It is said that the local people are not afraid of hardships and dangers, and all day long, they wrap ropes around their waists, dig holes and insert iron as the basis, overcome many difficulties, and abruptly built this tortuous suspended plank road. The suspended plank road is divided into two sections, the lower section is 50m high, 138 steps, and the upper section is 60m high, 186 steps.

Standing under the suspended plank road and looking up, I saw that the plank road was built on a cliff, winding and very spectacular.

The plank road is extremely narrow, and only one person can pass in some places. When I boarded the suspended plank road, I still felt jumpy and shivering, even though I was holding the guardrail and looking down.

Only crustily skin of head, hold the handrail tightly, look forward and stop looking down. It made me breathless and sweaty. After dozens of minutes of hard climbing, I finally reached the observation deck. Boarding the observation deck, holding a boulder with the words "Taihang Grand Canyon" written in red, overlooking the beautiful scenery of Taihang, all the fatigue and fear suddenly vanished.

Its thrilling degree can only be realized by climbing in person, so no photos are put here.

After the rest, we walked out of the observation deck and came to the forest bath gallery, where there was a winding forest path, about 1000 meters long, with fragrant vegetation, birds singing and insects singing. Trees are flourishing on both sides, flowers are in full bloom and the air is fresh.

It is said that the air here has more than 4000 negative oxygen ions per cubic centimeter. Being in it, taking a deep breath of natural oxygen will make you feel cold, even a little cold. . Forest Bath Gallery is also a cultural corridor, with scenic spots such as "Legacy of Shang Dynasty", "Rites and Music of Zhou Dynasty" and "Fighting for hegemony in the Spring and Autumn Period".

Moving on, we came to Yangtianchi.

According to reports, Yangtianchi is the pool water formed by the fall of Wangxiang Waterfall. It is a natural summer resort in midsummer. Wangxiang Waterfall, also known as Baoquan Waterfall, is 25 1 m high and has three ups and downs. In the rainy season, the waterfall pours down from the top of Baoquan rock, impacting the stones in the pool, splashing long and high water, which is magnificent; In the winter of March 9, the iceberg jade column, such as Qionglou Jade Tower, pierced the blue sky with great momentum, and thawed into a waterfall in April the following year.

The ancients carved the word "Yang Zhi" on the boulder on the east side of Yangtianchi, revealing the unique scenery here, which seems to remind visitors to stop and look up at the wonders of this rock.

After watching Yangtianchi, we came to the skyscraper ladder known as the first in Asia. Motian ladder is a steel spiral ladder with a height of 88m and a diameter of 3m, with 33 1 step.

Seeing that the ladders of skyscrapers cling to the cliffs and always turn in one direction, it is said that it is easy to cause brain hypoxia and dizziness, so many people give up climbing.

We held the railing and people up and down encouraged each other. Occasionally, when I look down at the handrail, I suddenly feel scared, stunned and wobbly.

Climbing the stairs of the skyscraper is a hand-dug wall-hanging passage, which is only about 1 m high. You must bend over or climb on all fours. If you are not careful, you may encounter it.

Walk along the wall-hanging passage to water curtain cave, and set up a zip line in the air on the deep valley of 100 meters, leading directly to the Jade Emperor Pavilion on the opposite mountain. It is about 200m long and120m high, one-way to 30 yuan.

It really takes extraordinary courage and psychological quality to cross the canyon by such a cableway, which is beyond the ability of ordinary people. The abyss below will make you stunned and have great fear of falling into the abyss.

Looking back at the ladder, I was even more shocked and amazed.

Walking on, we looked up and saw a Qionglou on a high cliff, called "Study Building". It is said that this is the place where Zhao studied and lent.

According to legend, the old Taoist priest Zhao has a magic weapon, that is, the mountain whip, which is extremely magical. Like a flock of sheep, he can drive huge stones from distant mountains and deep valleys to the construction site for building bridges, culverts and pavilions.

Building a "study building" on such a high cliff has to admire the wisdom and great creation of the ancients.

Below the "study building" is the Jade Emperor Pavilion.

Jade Emperor Pavilion stands by the mountain, with five mountains and six beasts, exquisite and exquisite, and golden glazed tile roof. The Jade Emperor sculpture in the pavilion is lined with immortals, cigarettes curling and bells ringing.

After seeing the Jade Emperor Pavilion, we climbed all the way along the climbing steps and arrived at Yunyunding, the end of Wangxiang Stone Scenic Area.

Standing on the highest observation deck in Wangxiang Stone Scenic Area, the magnificent scenery of Wangxiang Stone is unobstructed. The mountains are rolling in the distance, and the green hills are worn; Overlooking the cliff, strange rocks, rivers and canyons, foggy and full of weather; Looking up at the genting, it is picturesque. Enjoy the gift of nature, feel the beauty of nature and enjoy it.

After seeing the magnificent scenery of Wangxiang Stone, we walked back along the mountain road, with trees on both sides and lush foliage, which was beautiful step by step.

Soon I came to the statue of St. Fu Shuo, stopped to visit, took photos as a souvenir, and then returned to the exit, ending my trip to Wangxiang Stone.

Second, the postscript of Taihang Grand Canyon

The two-day trip to Taihang Grand Canyon is compact and relaxed. I went to Taohua Valley and saw Qintai, Qinglongxia Waterfall, Huanglongtan, Zhu Han, Erlong Play Pearl and Jiulian Waterfall. I took a bus tour of the winding Taihang Mountain Highway built on the cliffs, overlooking the magnificent scenery of the Grand Canyon. Climb between the mountains and rivers of Wangxiangshi, climb the suspended plank road built on the cliff, watch the Tian Yang Pool, climb the skyscraper ladder known as the first in Asia, look up at the "study building" built on the cliff, climb the observation deck on the top of the floating clouds and overlook the magnificent Taihang Grand Canyon.
