In summer, cattle and sheep flock on the green grassland, and the burning sun scorches the earth like a fireball. There are trees on both sides of the road, and people on the road are jumping up and down like colorful lotus leaves from a distance with colorful umbrellas. Camels are walking in the desert, oases and grasslands are unconstrained, green lakes and snowy peaks and spruces are thick, people dance and sing softly, ancient music is whirled, sweet melons and fruits are delicious, beautiful natural scenery, rich ethnic customs, scenery and folk customs, history and culture coexist here. All this constitutes a natural landscape painting.

Populus euphratica in the desert has many appearances, and I admire Hu Yangshu's spirit very much. It grows indomitable in the barren desert and shows people its strong side. When I entered the first company in northwest China, I felt the glorious tradition of reclaiming land and clearing the border. The next day, we came to Turpan with great interest. When I was in the second grade, I knew in the Chinese textbook that there was a grape ditch here. I always dreamed of sitting under a dense grape tree and eating grapes. This is a basin. The terrain is much lower than Urumqi, and the sun is burning. At noon, the surface temperature reaches 6 degrees Celsius. My sister told me that this is determined by the latitude of the earth. Turpan is very close to the sun, and the Flame Mountain in The Journey to the West is here. Grape valley is an ordinary small ravine, which is several kilometers long. It is named after grapes, and her reputation is well-known. The grapes here are big and sweet, with plenty of water and high yield.

When we walked into the grape valley, we saw clusters of grapes, red, purple, white, green and fruitful, as if they were about to fall. It really made our eyes water. The hospitable Uighurs let us taste their fresh grapes and buy their dried fruits. We picked and ate this delicious grape, and our hearts were really sweet.

Here, I also saw the process of grape air drying. In a house with many holes piled with adobe, a bunch of red, green, purple and pink grapes were hung layer by layer. Adults told me that fresh grapes are hung like this and slowly dried.
