Is Ji 'an really a city of rock and roll (why shoot in Ji 'an)

Ji' an, which belongs to Tonghua City, Jilin Province, is located in the southeast of Jilin Province, facing the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and China across the Yalu River in the southeast. The border line is 23.5 kilometers long and it is one of China's three major ports to the DPRK. It borders Liaoning Province in the southwest and Tonghua City in the north. Ji 'an not only has such beautiful scenery and a long history of culture, but also has ginseng, chestnut, wood frog, velvet antler and other specialties.

Actually, there is no rock park at all.

Many viewers think that Ji 'an, a small town in Sewing Machine Band, is an imaginary place just like many movies. But in fact, Ji 'an is real. However, the movie "Rock City" Ji 'an is imaginary.

In the Sewing Machine Band movie, Ji 'an is a "rock city" based on rock music, the hometown of "Broken Guitar Band", and even a "rock park" with a huge "big guitar" erected.

At the end of the High, thousands of guitarists, drummers and bassists rushed into the rock park, and joined the sewing machine band and Beyond band to explode the rock park.

However, all this has little to do with the real Ji 'an. In reality, Ji 'an is naturally not a "rock city". It is a small border tourist town with mountains, water, historical sites and delicious food.

At night, when the lights are off and the colored ball lights on the roof are on, it instantly becomes a disco! In order to support hometown Dapeng in filming, Ji 'an Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attached great importance to it and built a 22-meter-high grand guitar sculpture in Binjiang Square in the center of Ji 'an. From the movie, it should be located on the Yalu River. It can be clearly seen in the movie that Dapeng leans against the railing on the river, and across the river is the mountains of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Now, this big guitar has been demolished by the municipal government and the former Fountain Square has been restored. Actually, it's a pity. If you leave the dismantled big guitar there, it may not be a new landscape in Ji' an.
